I pulled up. Asked the gentleman for number 3. It was listed as 35 dollars. I asked if they still conditioned leather seats for 10 dollars like the sign says. He looks at my small nissan frontier truck and says 70 dollars. I told him never mind. When they finish cleaning my truck they charge me 55 dollars. I was dumb founded. I had to come home and clean my windshield. They had missed some tree sap on it. I will never go back. Believe me I will tell anyone that ask me

They left a peeling film from the chemical cleaner they used on the back inside window from a car detail. Came back and asked them to fix it- they denied it was them and said they would only do it if I paid them again…accusing that I got it done somewhere else??? horrible customer service! Could have been an easy fix! Very disappointed! :( will not go back and do not trust the owner. Had to go somewhere else and pay to get it cleaned off.

My car looked amazing afterwards the interior looked brand new I was very impressed. with a kid and 4 dogs riding in it daily it was a mess they really do a great job vacuuming all the dog hair was gone not a trace. They really take the time to do it right

The tall guy that gives the prices for details and is seemingly acting manager always has an attitude, not sure what his issue is. We began going to J&J on National Highway, where we are treated kindly. I highly recommend taking your business up the road. This place sincerely doesn't value your business, as demonstrated by this guys pretentious attitude year after year. Never again.

We recently dropped off our Toyota Tundra washed and detailed here after two weeks at the beach. The seats and seatbelts got sunscreen and saltwater on them. The staff shampooed both and got everything out. They meticulously cleaned the entire truck inside and outside. It was sparkling when we picked it up! Important detail for anyone who has never been here, they are cash only.

Second time visiting, went today got $40 wash. They really rushed thru my car tires still had a lot of visible dirt. Suds still on my rear mirror passenger side. My back glass looked about same which really had me disappointed. I will never do the $40 wash. I had to get a man because every scattered away to show visible dirt on my tire. They took a lot of time on this expensive white SUV, I was hoping to get same service. But that did not happen. I will keep looking for better satisfaction elsewhere because I was not pleased today around 4pm.

Very disappointing….. ….But I think it could be made right. I went here to have my car detailed and pulled it up into the line of cars. Unfortunately, there was a language barrier between myself and the young lady who helped get my car in the line. I told her that I wanted it to be cleaned, and that I knew that it was very dirty and I knew that it was going to be extra. Because of the communication gap, I didn’t have the opportunity to tell her that I would have been willing to leave my car overnight or for a couple days if necessary. I asked for her to shampoo the carpets and wipe everything down and vaccum. She went and talk to somebody and came back and told me that they wouldn’t shampoo my carpets. She told me that “the shampoo machine was down right now” I asked her how much to at least wipe everything down and I pointed at the highest listed price and asked if it was going to be $55. She responded that it was going to be $80 because it was very dirty. I told her that I understood, and I left my vehicle there and went on to do my errands for the day. When I return the next day to pick my car up, it looked as though the basic wash package had been done on this car. While things were wiped down, there was very very little (to none) detail work done to clean out cracks and crevices. When I pointed out some greasy handprints on the leather seats, I was told that it was extra money for leather conditioner. The long and the short of it is this, I paid $80 for a $50 job…. And I would have paid a much higher price to have the job done right. The language barrier made it pretty well impossible to communicate even when I asked for them to at least review the work that they had done. I don’t have a problem paying for work to be done. It would seem like the fix here is for someone from the company to reach out to me and to give me a quote for the job to be done right. Certainly, if you have a newer model car and keep it pretty clean on the regular they will have no problem doing decent work for you. If you have a difficult project, you better be careful about expecting them to know and understand and price what you’re trying to accomplish. If someone reaches out to me in response, I’m happy to change my review to a positive experience.

It's fun to watch, but you have to be specific in what you want. They have different package levels. If you don't want the high dollar package, you can add specific things you want done. An example would be to wash the floor mats for the middle package.

I took my truck there yesterday. Getting it ready for sale. I had 1st checked out the reviews and was not impressed.. But I needed it done that day. I took the truck up there and was quoted $275 by Sergio. I thought this was crazy high. But I was in a jam. Let me say I've had vehicles detailed many times before. But I have never had a detailed job as extraordinary is this 1. The vehicle looks brand new. And it was truly dirty inside and out when I took it to him. I had no idea that it could ever look as good as it does now. The pictures helped me sell it right away. I gladly paid and tipped him. Attention to detail would be an understatement.. Every little crack between devices and instruments on the console was as clean as if I had just bought it new. I am overwhelmingly satisfied. Very glad that I let them do it!

IMPORTANT: cash ONLY I've been coming here for a few years and they are excellent! They are always careful with the vehicles, making sure to keep from scratching them while cleaning. They offer different services (see photo) with a range of prices. Recently the prices went up a bit (as everything else has) but still well worth the money! They work great as a team and have always done a great job. There is a small waiting room inside and a picnic table and bench's outside. During busy times you may wait an hour but again… worth it!!! Don't forget to bring enough cash for a tip! They deserve it!
