Jacob’s was $100 cheaper than the 1-man detailer I went to before I knew about Jacob’s. And Jacob’s was incomparably superior in cleaning inside AND out, not putting ceramic over dirt but thoroughly cleaning the car first, perfectly complying with my specific requests, quicker work using more staff, explaining and helping me, and integrity. Another customer had come all the way from Jupiter to keep getting car care from Jacob’s. I’ll always come to Jacob’s, too.

Went to the spa and lunch and left my Land Rover DEFENDER in the parking lot by City Square for Jacob’s Auto detail…the vehicle was a mess with plenty of beach sand from two weeks of beach days. Looked brand new when we returned. The four brothers that own the company are pleasant and hard working guys, very good pricing too. I’ll be back - a short trip from Vero and we’ll worth the drive . Book something with them and you’ll appreciate your vehicle all spotlessly clean.

This was my first time with Jacob’s Auto Detailing and I can do nothing but sing their praises. German was super nice and personable. They did an amazing job on my car. I had weeks of dirt and landscaping debris on my car that was difficult to get off but they got my baby back to when I first bought it. I highly recommend these guys! I know I’ll be sending people their way.

Brought my CX-90 here for a full detail twice after doing long road trips and both times I left with it looking and smelling like it just came off the showroom floor. They are incredible and pay attention to the smallest details of the vehicle inside and out that wouldn’t even occur to me. Definitely will be bringing my vehicle back to them.

They are located at 620 Hibiscus St West Palm Beach, FL 33401 Behind Tommy Bahama Store inside the Parking garage. Jacob'S Auto Detailing were incredible guy's and they always do such a great job on my car, I love having them detail my vehicle.

I went first to a detailer with very high rankings and near me, but he did my car in full sunlight, which the makers of the ceramic coating tell people not to do. Jacob's work is inside the garage, which is how it's supposed to be done. They also tell you how to take care of your coating, which my other detailer did not do, plus he was about twice as expensive as Jacob's, and Jacob's was far, far better. The negative ratings seem questionable. If you just talk to Edwin, who runs the place, you will know that you are dealing with an honest, helpful, knowledgeable person. I only wish I had talked to my friend who recommended Jacobs before I got the disastrous, double priced ceramic coating I got first. I have seen ads for companies that make your reviews positive. That has to be how I got cheated.

Absolute horrible service I do not recommend. My car was visible still dirty after the wash. My windshield was damaged it has scratches all over it, my entire car has scratches all over it! It looks like they crash my car because it has red paint on it. Customer service is horrible instead of taking responsibility Jacob and his assistant want to accuse me of damaging my own car.

I put this company up to a job that multiple other car detailing companies declined to even take on. There was an entire can of white paint spilled in the back of my suv and I was devastated. Never thought there would be a chance of getting it out. Edwin and his crew accepted the job, gave a quote and a time frame of 3-4 hours to complete. Let’s just say it was a far bigger job than that, and not only did Edwin and his staff work countless hours (2 days) to complete, he stuck to his promised price and did top notch work. Professional, flexible and their communication throughout was exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality, honest, top notch work.
