Airless machine malfunctioned and has no drying capability at the end of wash. I am highly disappointed in the maintenance of their equipment and the job it did. I ordered their premium deal. Find another place.

High pressure soap ran out in 5 sec. High pressure soat didn't work. Timer runs faster then others. Read all bad reviews. They are accurate

Laser wash is a joke. No pressure washdwash just spray soap and rinse. I pay for the most premium and car came out as dirty as it went in. It doesn't even dry the car.

if you have bird mess the automated car wash isn't very. Ineffective drying process. The manual bays maybe fine but did have time for that. I Would have give half star for hours of operation

Solid place. You get a good amount of time for your money. Only down side is the triple foam is an option there but tri foam does not dispense from it. I usually go to places with tri foam. Now to find a new place even with limited options Update 1/2/24 Place has one both that works. Not coming here anymore

Don’t feel like this place it worth your money. I used the self wash feature, where you go throw each phase and spray yourself. Ended up spending $15 on a car wash and my car looked exactly the same at the end… and this was with effort of trying to get the car clean, extending the time over and over. Don’t recommend.

Terrible car wash. The touchfree wash does not clean your car, it comes out just as dirty as it went in. I paid for the service with undercarriage rinse & I didn’t get it, which is ridiculous in the snowy season when I’m trying to rinse salt off the bottom of my car. Since it is an automatic car wash, there is nowhere to go for a refund. I hate that this is the only car wash in La Plata, it’s the only reason they are still in business.

I want to like this place since I live down the street from it, but I've had a frustrating experience all three times Ive been here. 1st time - Credit Cards don't work in any of the self-wash bays. Owner needs to Uninstaller the cc readers or get them fixed. It's CASH ONLY in self wash bays. 2nd time - Used cash in self-wash bays. Everything is working properly until I go to use foaming brush. Pressure on soap brush was extremely low. 3rd time - Don't use auto wash if you drive anything larger than a stock light duty pick-up. I drive a stock F-250 (no lift) and the machine malfunctioned 30 seconds into the "expensive" wash and no refund was given.

I live on a dirt road and this place is perfect for a quick rinse. Today I used the brushless laser wash and I couldn't be happier with the result! I do wish it had a dryer but it is what it is. Vacuuming is really good and it's never busy.

Only touchless car wash left in town and they still take credit cards. 50 car washes in waldorf and I'll drive all the way to laplata just to use this one.
