Best wash in town! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. I’m a bit of a detailing snob, so when I say iWash nailed it, I mean it. Pulling in off Old Hickory Blvd, you get four spotless in-bay automatics: two friction lanes and, most importantly for paint-care fanatics, two touch-free machines.  The whole setup is built for zero-stress, self-serve convenience. Tap your card, pick a package, grab the heated bug-prep sprayer, and you’re rolling! Just you and the suds. The heated pre-soak absolutely annihilates love-bug splatter and baked-on I-65 grime before the bay even starts its high-pressure dance.   Inside the touch-free bay the coverage is thorough: undercarriage blast, nano-tech soap, high-pressure rinse, and a sheeting spot-free finish that actually dries streak-free when you pull away. I’ve never left with a rogue water spot or half-clean rocker panel - and I’m the guy who checks.  Extras seal the deal. The vac islands are free, powerful, and usually wide-open; same for the mat-cleaner, carpet shampoo, and fragrance stations—perfect for knocking out dog-hair or gym-bag funk without paying another dime. Only touchless wash I saw -1 star because they have customers doing a pre-rinse before driving in and everyone is stupidly doing a full car wash before driving into the machine that washes the car. They should have two fast people scrubbing cars down during peak hours or tell people to do a quick rinse, not a 10 minute detail job. Edit to original / replying to their response: I never said I expected full service. I expect you to explain to people they should be doing a quick rinse down and driving into the car wash. People spend 8-10 minutes pre-rinsing their car which I’ve never in my life had to do for a touchless wash. Even if you’re not helping to pre-rinse and speed things along, have someone explain to people they shouldn’t be trying to detail their car with something that clearly isn’t meant to be a pressure washer. Their staff also sat there and watched as a woman used a tire brush to scrub down her whole car.

I came here after going to take5 car wash because at take5 their car wash left tons of dirt on the car and the management said it wasn’t coming off. Went to Iwash, used the scrubber and the prewash and the car came out perfectly clean. It was also $6 less expensive than the car wash at take5.

I absolutely love this wash, I have been coming here for about a year. This is the only wash that doesn't scratch my work car. I also noticed no scratches on my personal vehicle. The owner is amazing and very friendly and personable. Not only do I recommend, I stamp and certify this wash. From free vacuuming, inexpensive prices, safe and managed property, this place is tops in the area. No people hanging out on the property or begging, this was a plus for me. I want to say the bristle brush and sprayer before the wash, is something that keeps me coming here as well. I feel like I have a total wash and thorough.i will highly recommend from basic card to high end cars, you need to get your butt over here and let them show you why, you have been paying to much other places. If I could give more stars I would.

Met the owner. He was very nice and made me well aware of everything iWash has to offer. The touchless did an amazing job on my Cybertruck. I don't like the swirls other auto washes leave on the finish of the vehicle. (This even cleaned better than some I've been to that aren't touchless.) Highly recommend for anyone. Especially cybertruck owners who are concerned about scratches.

I was passing through Nashville and my car was filthy from the winter storm I had passed through. I had a bike attached to my car so I called Iwash to see if I could run my car through with the bike. Andi took my phone call and was not sure, so she called maintenance to find the answer and got right back to me. The answer was yes I could go through the touchlesss wash. Andi's follow up skills and service is something that you see less often these days. I was impressed. I went to the car wash and it was the best! Went at Monday around 11 AM. Touchless car wash did not wash the front bumper/headlights at all. Wheels were still a bit dirty. Rest of the car was fine. Vacuum area was completely full.

How does this place have good reviews? I bought an express touchless wash. It didn’t even clean my car well and left suds. The suction on the vacuums is horrible. Most new car washes have compressed air and much better vacuums.

I recently purchased a new car and I’m big on the care of my paint and interior. I was looking online and saw iwash. I’ve passed by this place over 100 times and decided to take the time to try it and was blown away by it and its convenience. I was out late and my first wash was at 11:00pm! That’s great knowing it is 24/7 with solid quality . The other amities such as free vacuum , car sent, etc are at the customers reach as well. The vacuum was one of the most powerful I’ve ever used. Andi took the time to explain to me over the weekend on the phone the details of how it all works and I’m grateful she took the time . The staff seems to be very down to earth and local which I strive to support local over commercial if I can. I will definitely be returning. It’s close to me , ease of use and the quality to come with it . !!

(Edit): I spoke too soon before speaking to the owner and they were very nice about everything including getting a refund! Their customer service is wonderful.) I tried to get my money back because i needed one extra dollar, but the machine wouldn’t give me my $14 back! I originally tried to get the $15 dollar wash, but I miscounted my money before inserted it and when I tried to get my money back, the machine refused and wouldn’t let me cancel.

The only working touch-free carwash within a 12-mile radius of my house is this one. It’s a bit of a joke, that’s even a problem. The prewash bucket was filled with toxic sludge, but I’m hoping that’s just because it’s so popular. I’ve tried several other touch-free carwashes, as well as a few DIY touch-free carwashes, and unfortunately, none of them work. They either don’t have usable soap, card readers, or they just don’t clean well. This particular touch-free wash, however, cleaned my car excellently even though I only chose the Express option. The wait in line was quite long, but it gave me time to check my emails and do other things. Only two of the bays are touch-free, and the other two are soft touch. I really appreciate that. This carwash is open 24/7, and there are contact options posted all over the place in case something goes wrong. The four other self-service carwashes I’ve tried have all been broken or stolen my money, and there’s no way to get a hold of someone if something goes wrong. Honestly, those other places should be illegal with how they run their business, but somehow they’re not. Hopefully, whoever owns this carwash can open more carwashes at some point.
