DISCLAIMER: Please inspect your vehicle before and after exiting the carwash while on premises. I have tried to handle this matter quietly with GM Deborah Moya and Island Xpress Carwash but it is evident through her dismissiveness and poor communication style, I have received the answer she claims will be the end result. On Sunday 4/14, I was provided a car wash service through Island Xpress. When drying my vehicle off I noticed multiple buffer marks and scratches on my hood and the side of my passenger door. I reached out to the Assistant Manager on duty Mr. Lewis which after viewing the footage acknowledged the damage he had seen done. He mentioned he would let his GM know. On Monday 4/15, GM Deborah Moya reached out and requested I came in so she could examine the incident in person. Deborah denies that it was the car wash fault due to the direction of the scratches it couldn't have been caused by their brushes. I have my dream car (Jeep Wrangler) so I take pride in my vehicle. As mentioned to her, if this was something I had caused, I wouldn't be wasting time putting blame on another entity. We view the camera footage. Upon me entering you can see that there were no scratches of that nature on neither my hood and passenger door. With all that, she does get quiet but acknowledges. She explains she wants to go back to the vehicle and for me to point out the scratches AGAIN which I did and showed her photos on my phone. She says that she couldn't get the photos because of the glare which untrue cause of the photos in my phone and camera footage at the same angle. If you have a black vehicle you know that scratches are very noticeable. She states that she would reach out to the owner to come to a resolve and I asked that if he would also speak with the Assistant Manager that was on duty that day since he seen it in person. She states verbatim, "He's under me and I will send the owner what I have." I reached out again for a follow up on Thursday 4/18, she claimed I had a single marking upon entering. I stated that there were no markings like such and if that were the case, there were still multiple scratches/buffer marks made on my vehicle after exiting which she did not want to speak on or take accountability for. She states she's 8 years trained and when cars come through they are trained to inspect vehicles receiving services. An inspection is a careful examination. I did not receive an inspection and then she states "well you did come to an express carwash." That statement alone rejected her accusation of inspections being done to any vehicle. I requested that the carwash fix what can be a simple fix. Why would I pay out of pocket for damage that was not done by me? Deborah lacks the communication piece that of what a GM should encompass. She would cut me off and would be professionally petty and dismissive seemingly to get the "stereotypical" response out of me. I understand the business; however, it's no way being that you're the face of the business should act in the manner she displayed. Again, I am waiting on a response for this matter to be handled but did want to share my distasteful experience.

Hands down the best express carwash in Sienna. I take both my SUVs here at least once a week. The manager is solid. She has a good crew and they deliver. You're in and out real quick. Always use the best chemicals and I love how their tire shine doesn't sling off the tires. Great place to bring your detail kit and really clean your whip. They have air hoses, VERY strong vacuums, microfiber towels, and window cleaner on standby. The staff will also come by and check on you. They'll offer to help wipe your car, add some more tire shine, etc. The best part is the location. It's literally on the way out of Sienna, right before the parkway. You can't go wrong with this place!

On a search for the best car wash in Mo’City. This car was is reasonably priced ($11 for basic), and was not busy after work on a Friday. The vacuums were very powerful and they offered towels with window cleaner solution. Overall a very pleasant experience. I don’t think it’s the best (I’ve been to some out of state with fragrance and interior cleaning solutions) so I will continue my search! I will be back in the meantime :)
