I have been going to this car wash for years. When I had my EVO this was the only place I would trust to take care of it (Jose) was the only one that would touch and take care of my car. The evo is gone but I still swear by this place Jose is great and so was David. My experiences here have always been great no matter who is working. This car wash is for someone who doesn’t want to do anything but sit back and receive a clean car. They have in door out door places for everyone to sit and it’s always very clean.

Took the car in for the first time ever based upon the reviews. They did a really good job. David the manager was very helpful when I arrived and Jose did an excellent job waxing the car. The team was detailed with their focus and really hustled. The car was done and ready in one hour. I was so pleased with their work that I went back to the office and asked David to increase the tip.

Absolutely the worst experience. Rude people, their wash damaging your car. Back in the days it was good but now it’s the worst car wash in Orlando. The base wash is 15$ and after you can go to a body shop. UPDATE FOR THE OWNER’S ANSWER: You know exactly how to dodge responsibility and not pay for people as you did in the other reviews. You not gonna pay for damages anyways. If you did, you’ve been closed already. I just can hope there’s people who reads reviews before they choose your business and make the right decision to AVOID your car wash in any circumstances.

I went to detail my car. Everything was looking good until. I everything stared to go up side down. As soon as I went indoors at the waiting room, I found a dead roach in the middle of that room. Then when I was ready to take my car, I walk and started checking all the vehicle inside and outside to verified that all was in order. Well for my surprise, the truck was full of dust and I had to tell them to re do the vacuum. The when I was finally leaving, the guy gave me in my hand the surpass transporter that he remove from my windshield. Thing that started me to make me mad, because was no reason to remove anything from my windshield without my authorization, then I saw all my windshield camara cables sticking out from the rail and my camara was all shaking. When finally I check it and try to place it back in the same place. Guess what… my camara was missing The nut on the mini screw holding the camera disappeared, and now the camera was loose and movable, at risk of falling with any movement. Not to mention that while I was searching for it on the floor, in the seats, and throughout the vehicle, I found that the rear mats had also been removed incorrectly, taking them out of their original packaging. The door edges were so dirty that when I wiped them with a baby wipe, the wipe turned black. I tried to remain calm, but I couldn't. Instead of receiving an adequate response from the manager, he came out with the brilliant idea of telling me: "What are you worried about? They sell that part at Home Depot." Go ahead, buy it, and I'll pay for it. Despite being an hour late to return to work, I had already paid $68 for the service, including the tip, and they had broken my camera. Now I was responsible for going to buy the damaged part on my own and bringing him the receipt. Truly unbelievable. Instead of him offering to go and get it and have it or bring it to me at work, because it was his employee's fault, now I, as a customer, have to continue wasting time and money... Terrible customer service. If you go, you go at your own risk.

At first , I was a little shocked with the pricing. I paid $60 for the FULL complete wash (there is cheaper options) Inside , outside. And a wipe down of the interior! After the car was finished, I was very satisfied with the finish product! Before leaving , my air pressure light came on, and the guys even assisted with giving me air for my tire! Excellent service, thanks!

This is long over due as it was a few months ago when I went to this car wash for the LAST time… I used to come here all the time when I lived closer because I loved how detailed they were but the last TWO times I went, I ended up having to re-vacuum my vehicle myself, which obviously I wouldn’t have taken it to the car wash if I wanted to vacuum it myself.. The first of the last two times, I did NOT choose the add on for pet hair, which was an extra $10, only because I didn’t see that option at the time and hadn’t seen it before. I was getting a higher level wash and vacuum so I’m not sure, even now, if it matters… There wasn’t a TON of pet hair in the vehicle, as it is used as a rental, though there was some, so I decided after reviewing the menu again, the next time I will add the additional $10 charge for the pet hair. I went back again maybe a month later, added the additional $10 pet hair add on and yet again, when they were done with my vehicle, I notice pet hair everywhere.. so much so that I pulled the vehicle around to the vacuums again and started vacuuming right there myself. And not only that, but when I left there, I vacuumed some spots with a handheld vacuum that were missed and noticed ACORNS in one of the cup holders… how in the WORLD were these missed if someone really took the time to vacuum…? Of course, while I was re-vacuuming at the car wash, the manager or owner noticed, and had someone help me but then was trying to distract me from vacuuming myself by talking to me about better rental platforms.. My concern was getting the vehicle cleaned to go out on its next trip, not whether or not there is a better platform than the one I am using…? lol Just help me vacuum this vehicle properly is all I was thinking!! 🤣

I have come here a few times for their automated car wash which has reasonable prices. This time I booked an Interior Detailing appointment. Online booking was easy and I did it last minute as well. The manager, David, was very nice and the employees were friendly. All went out of their way to smile or wish me a Happy New Year. Very happy with their service and a job well done.

I want to say I had the best experience here. From the moment you arrive, they greet you with a positive attitude. Once they start cleaning your car, you can see that they're really cleaning your car and paying attention to every detail. It's really worth bringing your car here knowing they're going to clean it and leave it super clean. 👍🏾

I paid $63.90 for a car wash/detailing service and expected my car to come out looking pristine — unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The seats still had visible splash marks, which made it clear they were sprayed but barely wiped down. The floors were barely vacuumed, and the windshield and windows had the same streaks and water spots. Even the rims were still dusty. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars instead of one is because the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. But at this price point, the quality of the actual service should match the experience. I’ll be continuing my search for a detailer and unfortunately can’t recommend this location based on my experience.

Amazing detailing work. Brought it same day and the manager David was very helpful and gave ample time to look at the car and was happy to make any last minute changes. They offer 72 hours to come back for any additional cleaning and 1 week to come back for a free exterior wash, even though it was included with the interior detailing. Overall great experience.
