I've used these guys 20 times for 2 vehicles (so 40 times) over the last 2 1/2 years. I counted on my Venmo receipts. They've gotten other business from my neighbors, friends and family members based off my referrals. I've personally paid them over $3,000 since I started using them. There's been multiple occasions when they've changed the schedule on me. They've showed up early and on occasion they have also been late. It was never an issue for me. But when they do change the scheduled time slot and contact me to let me know they’re early, thats inconvenient for me. Nonetheless, I never said anything about that. Fast forward to a few months ago. They show up a few mins late and I got busy in the house. I didn’t see their arrival text and my doorbell didn't ring. It's a ring doorbell so maybe the WiFi was down or something. It didn’t ring, my dogs didn’t bark. 14 mins later I got a text telling me they were leaving because I didn’t answer the door. TOTALLY understandable and my fault. I told them I didn't see the text and my bell didn't ring. They didn't say anything at the time but apparently they were pissed. Few months go by and I hit them up several times and get ghosted. I post on a local ISO FB group asking if they are still in business. I ask how folks are getting in touch with them. Shortly after that I get a FB message from Bianca, going off on me telling me to not post about them on FB and that she was refusing my service because I made them wait 30 minutes and I said they didn't ring the doorbell. Well, thats not what I said. I simply said my bell didn't ring and thats true. I didn’t accuse them of not ringing the bell and saying they did. It was a real simple conversation and I’m quoting them - “We waited, no answer at the door either. Have a great day!” Me - “I am home! My doorbell didn’t ring! Can you return?” No reply. That’s it. I dunno. Maybe call me afterwards or respond to my follow up? Anyways, I sent her a screenshot of the timestamped messages of their arrival and their departure, pointing out that it was 14 minutes, not 30 minutes like she accused me of making them wait for. She had nothing to say about that. They do have the right to refuse service for whatever reason. I think this was just a miscommunication and a petty response from Bianca. I don't really appreciate that she was being exaggerating about the time and even more so, I don't appreciate that I've always been a good customer for them and I never pushed back when they fluctuated the schedule. They should have called me to discuss with me that they weren't happy. I wouldn't recommend them based off Bianca showing what kind of person she is.
