*Original review, 2 stars. See update below. First off, employees were arguing with a customer when I pulled in. Second, I was not aware of/informed of wash options , prices, etc. When an employee asked me what kind of wash did I want? My reply was what kind of was do you have? I paid $68 for a wash, wax and spot free rinse on my rig. I guess that's fair if you get what you ask for. Pictures tell the story of the less than spot free rinse. I wish another local truck wash would open. I guess I'm just going to have to drive to Philly for a wash. ☹️ **UPDATE 6/22/2020 Management (Nicole) contacted me shortly after this posting and I have to say...she did everything possible to earn back our business!! Gary (owner) cares about his business and his customers...and he knows customer satisfaction and word of mouth are the best forms of advertising. They also invested in additional employee training after my experience. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! 5 STARS FOR YOU!!

I always have my semi truck washed here, they haven’t let me down yet! Fantastic wash for the money and very cool folks to chat with! I’ve even taken my personal vehicle through to get wash and they made it look great!

First time ever I've had such a negative truck wash experience! They charged me $70 and absolutely disappointing! Asked them to pay attention to the rear of the truck and they absolutely didn't wash there at all! It says on their wash description "Debree removal", but absolute mismatch!

Be very careful and clarify the entire price with tax and all charges included. Called and got one price which I assumed included taxes and everything which is what I asked for, sent in a PO request to my company and got the funds to company card then come to find out there’s a $2 card fee that wasn’t initially disclosed. If your company is anything like mine it’s a pain in the rear to reverse and redo a purchase order once it’s been issued and transferred. Ended up having to use my personal card because of this. $2 might not sound like a big deal but it’s a literal 30-45 minute headache to fix.

I believe these guys are the best truck wash in all of PA (I’ve been around the states and been to a lot of washes) I had 3 pallets worth of chicken. Nobody else wanted to dump it. These guys not only accepted the job but also gave me a fair price at the same time. Very friendly and hard working company.

These guys are that amazing… I only asked for trailer wash-out, but they were not that busy, so they washed my trailer’s outsides as well just as a token of gesture. Thank you. And yes, they are quick and quality job..

They absolutely could have done better. I brought them my dry van, which wasn't very dirty, but it had a lot of marks from the forklift tires (aluminum floor), and I wanted it to look a little better. But apparently, they just ran water over it and assumed that since it looked clean, they didn't have to do anything else.

Don't waste your time and money with these people's horrible truck wash. I paid $186 for a complete wash. Including a $10 tip and the trailer wash out was terrible they only used water. Told them to use acid, and they told me that they don't have power on the building all of sudden. At the end of the day, they charge you as if they were using premium products to give you a good truck wash experience, but they only used water and not even acid or soap.

⭐ 1/5 – Disappointing Service for the Price I paid $212 for a truck wash at this location in Allentown, PA, but unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. My truck was left dirty, and it didn’t seem like much cleaning was done at all. For the amount charged, I expected a thorough and high-quality wash, but that wasn’t the case. Hopefully, the business can improve its standards to match the pricing in the future.

This place is top notch.. They do a really great job on our trucks..Quick , fast , and efficient...Its a little tight but manageable. You always feel like your appreciated with Hot wash. We need more of them around the country.. Ms Nicole was the best she was so polite and nice as soon as I walked up.. remember people read your signs. Follow the rules and stay safe out there. This was one of the worst truck wash experiences I’ve had anywhere in the U.S. I’m attaching a few photos so you can see what I’m talking about. Four workers, paid for a full-service wash — truck and trailer. The entire wash took 11 minutes. After 11 minutes, they told me I was good to go. Inside the bay it was very dark, so you can’t really see the results. When I pulled outside, I was shocked by how bad the wash actually was. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go back because another truck was already pulled into the bay, and waiting again made no sense. That was my experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. I was there 12.30
