My Husban and Son stop at the Nathan hot dog Stan in there it was disappointed because it was only 7:30pm they were coming from a baseball game hungry and they found that the employee working in told them it was close already..

Any type of hot food they served was closed by 10 if they offer hot food it should be served during the hours of operation not just during the day

The staff is lazy and incompetent. There will be 10 people in line and 3 employees talking behind the counter while only 1 register is open. Awfull staffing here.

The Nathan’s inside is never staffed. One employee hangs out in the back hiding from customers, and when you ring the bell for service they won’t come out.

The new Honey Farms on 31 is great. Super friendly staff at both, there and the Dunkins, plus there's a Nathans Hot dog joint up in there!

No baby changing station in men's room. It's disappointing when such a new place doesn't have one. Had to move on to change the baby elsewhere so I did not partake in any of the other amenities. The place was otherwise clean and well maintained.

As of March 28th their BATHROOM IS NOT OPEN. There are no signs outside to indicate this and give you notice to move on if you need that service. The place is clean and we needed snacks anyways, but we had to make a second stop to use a bathroom because of the false impression this location was full service.

Great place for a quick stop for common stuff. We often stop here for a quick linch for work in the morning, or smokes. And even though they're righr next to the highway, their gas prices are reasonable too. One star off because they changed their vendors, and our favorite sandwich options are gone.

Yesterday my husband went here specifically to find a mask I had bought for him here before. He couldn't find it and when he asked the guy at the counter he got attitude. Unacceptable. Today I went here and when I went to purchase my product the lady at the counter acted like I was extremely inconvenient for her that I was there. They had a delivery that I was unaware of that she was trying to get to but I didn't deserve the attitude she gave me. It's not my fault as a customer that they didn't have enough employees to help the man waiting to drop off the delivery. Shame on this worker. Dunkins has always been pleasant and patient. I will only come here as a last resort now

By far the best store in the area. The staff in the entire store especially at Dunkin Donuts couldn't be better. So now that they have been open a couple years the store and Nathan's is still great. Dunkins on the other hand has tanked horribly. The workers would rather play games and talk to each other than wait on a customer. Cleanliness has dropped as well. All started shortly after Sabrina the manager left.

This location is great. Easy on Easy off. Has a wide variety of things to buy, very bright and clean, it even has a Dunkin Donuts and a Nathans where they sell FUNNEL CAKES!!! YUM. Never had one but I sure do love funnel cakes. The one and only issue I have had at this location is we were there last night 10 minutes before closing to get gas due to a snow storm coming and the gas pump was going super slow...like really unbearably slow and it was 6 minutes until they were supposed to close when the lady shut all of the pumps down and all of the lughts. She even looked at me while I put my hands up and just went about her business closing. I got max 3 gallons or so. I was quite pissed off to say the least and will be contacting the manager because that's not acceptable. We all want to leave work early but when there's a customer, you stay and let them finish up. There was no warning just shut it off at 12:54. Gave me a bad taste in my mouth for a little while. I live pretty close

This review does not reflect Jilliam the pleasant girl who helped me. She was excellent- now, the team leader with the glasses and bushy red hair, SHE was vulgar and had zero understanding of customer service, food, and contamination. A massive amount of flies by the trash bin, which is located right next to bagels, and Croissants, and other food items, all of which were uncovered. (20) She came to where Jillian was helping me and said, “Wooosa,” which is used almost to say, “I need patience.” that’s when I asked whether you guys have a manager. She then responded with an unprofessional tone, “No, but I’m the team leader.” I said to her she should not be. I pointed out the flies and she went on to argue with me “ there flies everywhere you go” not in a food service environment which is supposed to kept clean. She proceeded to take a container with croissants and place them right on top of the bagels on the other container. Additionally there was a pile of trash on the floor and the trash was likely there since the start of the shift which explains the flies. I would not recommend, red head girl should be demoted and make Jillian the team lead. Customer service goes a long way and so does cleanness! If you don't like your job, give it to someone that deserves it.

I walked in and was able to find what I needed very quickly. I was intrigued by the the Dunkins and the burgers there. I almost got one! However the cashiers all seemed very nice. They seem to have a good working relationship with lots of camaraderie it was one of the cashiers birthdays today and they even hung up a sing for her. Lovely, clean and profession.

Went used bathroom and no soap. Told the women cashier and was rude about it and said we know there is none. The male cashier apologized. As going to buy lunch but didn't want to deal with the rude cashier.

The “manager” at dunkin’s by far has the most horrible attitude. Nicolette checks me out and my coupon does not go through she grabs her manager then comes back and says it’s expired thinking i was going to brush it off all though she didn’t even try to see what was the issue with the coupon , i show it expires on 08/08/24 and the manger goes “well she’s going to have to wait!” then makes me wait 10 minutes just to discuss the issue then finally comes and continues to say she can’t give me a refund because it’s the coupon that is defected, snatches the bag and says “so you don’t want your sandwich” as i reply “i want my sandwich but i would like it to be free”. she still doesn’t believe me, doesn’t give a refund, doesn’t compensate it for something else. I then say would you like me to and try it again she said YOU CAN TRY BUT ITS NOT GOING TO WORK. i go around the line, have nicxokete scan the coupon again and magically, it worked. The manager or team lead could’ve easily stoped taking orders for 2 second, refunded me , and scanned the coupon to claim my free sandwich voucher but only stopped taking orders to ARGUE with me about a coupon and say i’m wrong.. At my job the customer is always right and management tries their best to make the customers happy in situations like these but this team cared more about being right then doing what’s right. I still left paying full price with no refund because they lied and said they can’t refund on their end:/

This place has went downhill since Nathan's moved our and a so called sandwich shop moved in the place of Nathan's. Never anyone there as they are always outside smoking. Have to track them down just to get barbecue sauce. Wentat5pm as I have to work late and wanted to order food. Was told the oven was down and couldn't do tenders or fries cause they are changing the grease at a premium time of 5pm. Mind you they have 2 separate fryers. They need someone who knows how to run a fast food shop. Very disappointing. They do have good chicken and potatoes wedges but good luck getting any
