The automatic car wash did a fantastic job, half the price of other places around town. I did have a problem with one of the vending machines and the owner reached out and offered to take care of it. You don't find service like that anymore.

Not much time for the money you're paying. I could not make it around all the wash settings on my car before my paid time ran up. However, the vacuum gives plenty of time for the paid money.

I have been a faithful customer of Highland Village car wash for 40 years. I have nothing against the car wash as far as the job it does or the vacuum cleaners but the problem I have is I was harassed by police one evening after washing and cleaning my vehicle so I really don't feel comfortable there anymore I only use your car wash when I absolutely have to and I do not recommend anyone to go there especially after dark. Sorry

Traditional and laser wash. One or two big bays with extra sprayers for like work trucks. Nice brushes. Hit your ride with the hot, soapy power spray for $3 then roll through the autowash for a killer wash!!

Not a bad car wash. The machine works pretty good. Just out dated machine. Could use some upgrades and cleaning up. The parking lot is always dirty and trash is full.

If you are looking to clean out your car cheap, this is the spot. The vacuums have card readers, and there is a plethora of items to buy to make your car smell and look great again. If you prefer to wash the outside of your car with the old fashioned pay per minutes sprayers, then you will like they're car wash stalls too. Generally, there aren't many people here at one time so it's pretty quick to get in and out.

Modified my previous review because I was unaware how they charge credit cards. The system works off time. Credit Card was charged $10.00 but later changed to $3.25 which was correct. My only recommendation is they charge $1.00 and say pending like most companies do.

Always open and everything is always working. It's gotten expensive the last few years fir the drive thru wash but its clean and usually not overly crowded and there are plenty of areas to do the interior cleaning that are very accessible and there are vending machines loaded with all the supplies you need and usually forget. Kind of a small thing but last time I was there I found over 15 different little tree scents I've never even seen available at the auto oarts store. I got leather scent and it is awesome touch to go along with your leather interior even it's fake.

I have been coming here for years to clean my vehicles. If it was after a mud bog, getting hit with eggs, or just needing a wash; this was my go to place. I'm not so sure anymore. I came rolling up with my 4 wheeler and it was muddy. Yes, there was alot of mud, but using a power washer, I knew this place could clean it as they have before. So, I pulled up to the washer, got ready to insert my card and a gentleman walked up and said he didn't want it here. I was confused and he said it was too dirty to clean in his bays. He told me that it would cost more to clean up "the mess" than it would to clean the machine. He was nice and cordial but I was confused and upset that a power wash place would turn away business because something it "too dirty."

Yesterday, 5/21/2023, was my first time to use Highland Village Self Service (Manual) Car Wash. I’m not sure if the attending person was the owner, but this person was truly pleasant, helpful and made for a welcoming experience. The place was clean!!! A really great thing: the vacuums AND bays are set up so you can use your credit card for payment. (No More Quarters!!) I will continue to use and recommend to others!!

Automatic car wash is a scam. Should have gotten 2 soap sokes, only got one and the arm moves so fast it barely covered my vehicle. Should have got hot wax and didn't. Got a $10 wash for $14. I do not recommend and won't be back because this isn't the fist issue I've had here.

Awesome shop! Cheaper than others in the area and they offer more. They have plenty of room to handle traffic at all times of the day. I’ve been here over a dozen times and I’ve never had to wait. They offer everything you’ll need to wash your car, inside and out. I would highly recommend Highland Village Car!!

Meh, the touchless wash isn't. Every time I use it I still have to hand clean the back glass, wheels, any nooks. Quick wash for large stuff but definitely not great. The dryer isn't long enough and the spot free rinse isn't.
