$20/month for unlimited classic washes. Occasionally there's an employee who helps dry your car when you pull out of the wash drive thru. Great vacuums (2 types per car) and a mat pad with clips per car. Once in a while there's homeless, but it's still always clean. An employee is always at the pay station for assistance. I go during the weekdays morning/afternoons because it's not crowded. Evenings/weekends are packed.

Bought a monthly membership, no issues for me. I was able to cancel my membership after I moved out of the area. Ask the workers for help and they’ll be able to assist you in person

When we rolled up, one of the staff ran out to help the small driver in the huge vehicle we were in to reach the payment machine. They smilingly pre-washed the worst of three months worth of tree-poop off the windshield. Good, friendly service. When we went for groceries afterwards, it took a moment to find the car again, as it looked unusually clean 😄

I’ve tried the monthly membership at all nearby car washes including the retro one down the street and the super busy one by Whole Foods and this one is hands down the best option. Great staff, solid vacuums, air hoses that always work, full convenience store, and even for how busy it is - there was only one time I had to wait for a vacuum over the 2 years I’ve been coming here and it was only for a minute. And on top of all that, you can get an unlimited monthly membership for only $20. This is by far the best express car wash option in town. Thanks guys!

Experience is pretty good, but upon trying to cancel my membership, I’m realizing there is no way to reach them. Phone number on Google maps gets you a ‘voicemail is full’ auto response, number on website goes to Sun Day car wash, and their email address bounces.

This is by far the best carwash in Highland Park. The worker's at this location are the greatest they go far what is expected of them. I've been coming here for over a year and Luis is always ready to help along with the other guys.

This used to be my go to car wash until the gas station they’re affiliated with tried charging me the $2 e cigarette w/ nicotine tax on non-applicable item (an air freshener). Never will I ever go there again. Extremely unethical and possibly fraudulent. I’ve reported them to the CDTFA.

On Dec 14th l paid $17.00 for the Lava wash but the spot rinse was terrible. There was green and pink foam on the hood, there was spots left on the windows. I had to dry my whole car. The employee saw my car and went to get the manager, he came back to say per the manager a blower was out. I asked to speak to him and the employee came back with a message that they can run my car through again which would do no good if the blower is not working. I was going to sign up for the monthly 39.99 but wanted to see the service I was getting first. On top of everything I had to spend so much time drying my car and was asked to move my car since they had a 5 minute vacuum time limit. No I will not be signing up for monthly subscription but I will visit Sun Day instead.

Avoid this please!!!!! Two new scratches on my car. I thought the review looks good like 4.5 and the price is decent. But bro i regret it. Probably my last time using automatic car wash

Trash service. Geez, it used to be good. Now you get the most expensive wash and the outside of your car’s still dirty. They don’t close the mirrors, many times almost had my mirrors broken. Will not wash my car there ever again.

It was the first place I good on Google maps when I was looking for carwash (after a long trip from NorCal the car got dirty). Express wash was really express and very good indeed. And I’m in love in vacuum! All the dust was blew out of radiator. So nice to drive a clean car 😊

The car wash brushes took my side blinker housing off. Now it hangs and hits my car. I noticed it when I opened my door to dry my car. I spoke to the attendant there and he told me it was already broken. Kept telling me the same words. Already broken and not their fault. It was not broken before my wash. I would've noticed and not taken my car to get a wash. I asked him for managers name and he said managers going to say the same words I'm telling you. It was already broken. It's in their best interest to pay for my housing and take responsibility. Word of mouth is their business card. I will never go back and I will discourage others from visiting this station. Great customer service keeps customers coming back not denial and putting the blame back on the customer. Take responsibility.

No way to cancel subscription. I had to move unexpectedly and their phones don't ring, the email on their website doesn't work (it bounces when you try to email them) and they seemingly ignore the submission portal on the website. I even tried to dm them on Instagram to have the subscription cancelled and they ignored the message. Trying to go through my amex credit card portal and have them listed as a fraudulent merchant for future customer reference.

We drive from Burbank to this car wash because it’s so good. It’s the cheapest unlimited car wash that we have found ($20 per month) and they have free vacuum. When we joined the unlimited they gave us a free cute tote bag and air freshener. They also give you a free water every time you come through and they have a nice bathroom inside. Totally recommend.

Horrible experience On July 24, I got the "Lava Express Wash," and during the drive-in, soap went through my air vent and was dripping from my glove box compartment. My engine light went on immediately. When I went to see a worker there, he told me the manager had just left. I have taken my car multiple times before, and this was my first and last time taking it here. I had to pay 400 dollars to replace and fix my Nox and 02 sensors, because the soapy damaged it. Please be aware and careful, and don't take your car here! I have no help contacting the manager either. Their phone inbox is full.

A car wash attached to a gas station should not be able to charge as much as they do & should also except tap to pay. Their signs are hella confusing having different prices everywhere. $2 from 7am-10am then jumps to $13-20 they have packages as well then the guy tells me car washes start at $10 which isn’t listed anywhere so I have no idea what I’m getting like does that include soap?
