My friend recommended this place for me to get my car detailed. I contacted four detailers before coming here, and they either didn't show up (mobile detailing) or didn't return my calls. This place got me in the very NEXT DAY! You can drive up and get your car vacuumed without even having to leave your seat. It's perfect for those who have limited mobility, and great if you are in a rush. Plus, they are super AFFORDABLE. On top of that, they have two SHOP CATS. And they had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, the staff literally waves bye as you drive off. I had a fantastic experience here! I will definitely be back.

I recently went here last week on March 19th 2025 to get an oil change and car wash... I went to the Waffle House ro eat while they performed the services... When I got back in my car the first thing I noticed was a lighter missing, didn't make a fuss about that but I had just purchased a new phone because I had broken the old one that wouldn't charge... It was left in my car while they cleaned it... I'm thinking that the phone was useless but I recognized that the phone was missing the next day and that's when it all started... I am now hacked and all of my accounts have been compromised... They have a sophisticated thief working up there... I called and talked to the owner but he acted as if he could careless... I hate I can't go back there but this has caused waayyy more strain on my life currently than necessary so please don't have anything in your car that can be stolen cause they will...

I've been coming here for 6 years now. Recently I took my car through their most expensive option and afterwards realized 4 major things were left untouched. Baby mirror had milk spots on it (simple wipe down) The front seat had dirt wedged between the cushions (easily picked up with vacuum) Arm rests both on door and middle console were untouched (they weren't even specifically dirty but hadn't been wiped) The cup holders were very dirty. I called to ask why the service wasn't great this time and the manager told me to come back down to have it re-washed for free. However, when I went it felt standoffish. Another employee was standing there agreeing with him about how they only do a 'very basic' interior cleaning and what I needed was a full blown detailing. This isn't a full detail, a simple wipe and vacuum as I've always received would've been fine. It was just terrible this time around. I've been there dozens of times without expecting a full blown detailing. If you stand by your service you'll at least take a few seconds to walk to my car with me and inspect it yourself before beginning to argue your points. That could've been easily done over the phone and saved me the trouble of having to drive back. I left without taking the free wash because of how the situation was handled. That isn't how you do business. People work hard for their money and don't like to pay for a sub-par job. Service here has dropped tremendously over the years.

This used to be a good car wash, but it seems to have gone down hill. When I first entered, the guy asked me if I needed a specific service, but I needed clarification. When I asked, he ignored me and just wrote the ticket, so I asked again, he laughed and then explained. Once my car was pulled to the front for the interior to be cleaned, the steering wheel was dirty, there was dirty water left on the floor on the driver side and it didn’t appear to be vacuumed at all. We let the lady know inside that it needed to be vacuumed again and she told us to let one of the guys know. They drove the car back the vacuum area, let it sit and then just drove it back to the front (failing to vacuum again). Service was disappointing and it wasn’t worth the price charged.

Been here before and they've done a great job. My problem with today is that I had some change in the cup holder. When I got my car back all the quarters I had were gone! I called the manager and was told "how do you know the vacuum didn't suck them up"? Since the only change missing are quarters, I figured an employee did it. The manager made no apologies and chastised me for complaining about some missing change. I will not be back!

I call them early to see what time they were closing and they told me about 5:15 maybe 5:30 I get there at 5:10 and they already closed. I call the lady to ask her about it and she said her manager told her to close earlier. First of all what kind of car wash closes at 5:00 on the weekend? They should be at least open until 8:00 p.m. while the sun is still up. Whoever is running this car wash is losing a lot of money by opening up at 8:00 a.m. and closing at 5:00 p.m. what about people who are getting off of work after 5:00 p.m. if I was running this car wash it would be 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. that's how you run a car wash in the summertime.

I took my Ford Escape there. I ended up purchasing the highest cleaning package. On checkout she charged us extra because she said it was an SUV. The total was $38.18. After they were finished I noticed there were still water spots on the paint, also they left a sticky residue on the leather surfaces. They also left spots on my seats from whatever they were using to clean with and barely cleaned some of the surfaces like the dash. Now I am going to have to try to clean the spots off my seats myself. What a disappointment.

I went here yesterday as I was in Hermitage and just did the drive thru wash and it is a joke. Your car does not get completely clean so I had to go home and finish cleaning, they supposedly cleaned rims, which only one got cleaned, so if they are going to charge $17.50 and do a half A** job then for now I'm only going to Cheetah Car Wash and for $19.00 they clean my rims and shine my tires and clean my car! They also have excellent, clean vacuums to use. Hermiage Car Wash is not a professional car wash so I don't recommend!

This is the most awesome car wash ever!! After the full automatic wash, they hand dry the vehicle completely and open the doors and dry the door seals and openings. They also hand apply tire shine that last a very long time.

I have had several disappointing visits over the last few years. The only reason I went back was it’s the only full service wash nearby. Each time, I have noticed areas that weren’t cleaned at all. At best it’s 3/4 clean. My recent trip, I paid for the 2nd most expensive clean because it meant Amor-all on the interior dash and doors. The dash and doors were cleaned, but only one door was given the Amor-all. There was a lot of areas barely vacuumed. You can see how haphazardly the finish was applied to the one door. The cashier was also yelling to someone that she was quitting.

I was so hopeful. Locally owned. When I went in to pay I was looked at like I had 3 heads. 1 lady kept staring making me uncomfortable. 15 minutes of wait time, I was told that my vehicle was ready. I didn't get pics of the seats and dash before I cleaned them myself. Gloops of Armour all smeared around, seats and dash were still dirty. Inside cup holders not even vacuumed out. Inside pockets of doors not even vacuumed out. My leather seats had gloops of Armour all bit still dirty. My windshield was smeared around bit still dirty.. I had to go purchase leather cleaner and conditioner. My clothes were stained from the Armour all. I bought the highest package,$50 with tip and I had to squeak my way to a store to buy cleaner $30 to undo the gloops. I gave 3 stars because they are locally owned, otherwise I would give 2 stars.

I usually go here to get my vehicles cleaned on a regular basis and oil occasionally. Well on this occasion I got both done. There (tech) didn't put the screws and rivets back in right. Guess what happened? The front skid fell off and messed up the rear slide plate. They have great prices, yes, and I've used them since I've been 18 yrs old. Now I have to spend 400 to fix it myself so salt and snow and water won't corroded anything electrical myself. My oil was also leaking from drain plug l Told them before I left it needed to be torqued to a certain spec!
