Been going to Hello! for a few months now after trying out a few different local places, and joined the membership. I like to keep my car very clean, and typically go to the car wash weekly, when possible. The wash works great, and I've personally never had any issues with the car wash itself. Where this place really shines ;-) is the post-wash service. The stations are well setup and I can vacuum quickly, and the compressed air to get all that pesky water out of crevices is fantastic. They always have towels stocked to finish wiping the car down, and I appreciate that they try to keep them on the moist side, which is better for wiping the car down. Everyone I have interacted with at the wash is always very friendly, courteous, and happy to help with any questions. I typically have them do the $5 ceramic wheel package because they do a way better job than I do myself (see pics). They do also have a cart with some other products to detail if needed. Kudos to the entire team here!

Do not get a membership there. I have tried multiple times to have memberships & both times, questionable extractions have come out of my accounts from that company. I had to call both times to get money placed back in my account. They are fine for individual washing, but do not get a membership there

I got the $25 wash which is the best package they have, the wash did not clean my hood or get my tires at all, I asked if I could run it through a second time and the worker was very kind and let me, even after a second wash my truck was not clean at all and I had to go to another car wash. I do not recommend going here as it is not worth it the only good things were the vacuums and the employees, very disappointing for a car wash to not clean my car.

I have recently became a new member about two months ago. Today I had the pleasure of working with Fabian, let me say his customer service is outstanding! You can tell he loves his job and in making sure his customers feel valued. He gave me more a deeper breakdown on what my members comes with and additional benefits that come along with it. Fabian even helped with a tire shine and restoring the color to my Jeep’s bumpers and fenders. They look amazing!!!! I had no clue about these services and I am grateful to have had the pleasure meeting Fabian. He did such an amazing job, I scheduled a full service cleaning for my Jeep in a few weeks. I will now and forever will only ask for Fabian’s help.

This place is total scam. I have membership on 4 cars and their quality has been terrible for almost 9 months. I went there 3 months ago and I cancelled my membership but guess what, they are still taking money out of my account, that’s stealing and shame on you guys. My cars and trucks never get cleaned when I visit them and they always have excuses. I’m waiting for a refund. Keep an eye on your bank statements

Great car wash & I'm even member...when it's open. Please update hours of operation. Google states it's open on Sat by 7am. I stopped by, even waited around hoping maybe by 8am they'd be open, but no one arrived. Guess I'll come back later
