Late, streaks on RV, 6 to 8 inch ring around entire top of RV that they didn't touch, did such a bad job on car that my friend asked what happened to your car? Promised to fix immediately, then never came back, billed us twice.

Ty said he would be here Monday or Tuesday to buff and wax my camper after we agreed on price. I never heard a word from him. Could have just said things have changed and I'm not coming so I wasn't waiting around .

They put a strong cleaning product on one of my wheels that ruined it. I caught the mistake and told them before the job not to put anything stronger than dawn on the Alcoa wheels. I guess they don’t listen very well. Owner cuss me and had to call LEO to get him off my property. This people are NOT professional business. Fly by night.

I called them to have my car cleaned yesterday- early Monday morning (9:30am). I just got back from a road trip and expressed that I needed my exterior cleaned desperately as I had to pick up several shifts at work and cannot get to anywhere to take care of my car, and they offer pick up service, and I don’t want the bugs to ruin the paint on my car. The guy who answered the phone assured me they do pick up service and that they’d call me the same day after lunch to pick my car up since I had to work. I never heard from him!! I called back yesterday at 6:45pm (they’re supposed to be open until 8:00pm) and it went straight to VM. I would’ve made other arrangements for my car!!! I called again at 9:30am TODAY and left a message as I’m in a bind being stuck working again. NO ANSWER & NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. I called again just now since I’m aware they’re now intentionally not accepting my business (I can only guess they don’t want to deal with the bugs- they should’ve just TOLD ME UPFRONT) and it’s bad on them because, as someone in the service industry, I tip ridiculously well. I’ll be telling everyone I know not to use these people. It’s now 2 full days that have been wasted with these bugs damaging my paint. HORRIBLE business practice. I cannot stand liars and people who tell you they’ll take care of you and then leave you hanging. You have horrible customer service and even worse business practices. Thank you for wasting my valuable time instead of just being man enough to tell me you don’t want to deal with it. Piss poor all around.

Ty had Michael wash our 2020 Dutch Star. Absolutely the best wash for the money we've ever had and possibly the best wash. We had it wash & waxed before we left home in MI. Had two trucks, kept clean inside. Booked wash, wax & detail clean inside & out. 2 hrs late. Poor wash job; did not wash sections at all. Sections never washed or waxed. Two guys showed up to wash. I furnished wax. They did not wash inside wheels on either truck. Windshield inside not cleaned at all. You could not even see to look out when they left. Another guy came later to do inside Trucks both had contents removed & clean. Seats are spotless. When they said they were waxing without drying after wash; I knew I had problems. Sections never washed or waxed. I did after they left. Two of us worked 2 hrs washing & waxing, so $250.00 for much of nothing. Had spray in liners never washed either. A shock for a company advertising auto detail.

Very very nice guy Ty is he came to do a job and got the job finished, it looks amazing better than the day we drove the RV off the lot. Unfortunately, I hate to give someone a bad review. I had an appointment scheduled for months to get my motorhome washed. I called to firm up my appointment the day before. I was told they had another job running over and they needed to bump me a day. I set around the RV the next day all day waiting on them so I could be around, clear my stuff away from my motorhome to help them, and ultimately tip and pay them. I was ghosted all day today. I called twice and texted. Any communication would have been nice. No phone call, text, or anything. I totally wasted a day of my vacation waiting around for my wash.
