Paid $50 for an Icon, I got conned, rechargeable magnetic light. Was informed that if I didn't buy a warranty, it was only good for 90 days. I don't recall ever even being asked to buy a warranty. So, just don't ever forget about shopping at Harbor Freight, you're buying cheap Chinese junk here.

Don't stop here too much anymore since they have changed their sales to promote their "Inside Track". I don't purchase enough tools and stuff every month to be a member, so most sales in the paper deals don't involve me. I see these big 25% off coupons, but when you read the find print, they're just good for one special manufacturer or their club. Was a great place before marketing changed the way they do things, leaving all others behind.

Now I remember why didn't like shopping that Harbor free cause they asked for my phone number and now. My phone is ringing off the wall with telemarketers. The lady said that they were not going to give my information out.

Well this door seems to be getting better every time I go there, they've got new tools new aisles everything's been rearranged looks nice clean and the people working there don't have orange color hair, and they learn to speak real nice to you!

I went in today struggling with an air hose and a coupler that did not want to come off to be switched out. I had two very sweet ladies, who were supervisors, help me take it off and got me what I needed. It was 20 minutes of wrestling this air hose. They were so helpful! I like the convenience of harbor freight. Although it's not always the highest quality, their tools are still great and do what they are supposed to do.

Great experience at Harbour Freight got lots of bargains and they had lots of awesome deals on. It's my first experience here and it was great. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Terrible experience. Been shopping almost every week at a harbor freight most of my life. Never had to show id before until today when Lori would not sell me threadlocker because my id wasn’t on me. Didnt even let me go out to the parking lot to get it.

It's a good place to get tools. I think they they went up on their prices a little bit though, but everyone does in the end. They have a little bit of everything in there. That other one tool stores don't carry

Horrible experience. Went in to buy a gift card for my husband for Christmas. With a purchase of 29.99 you get a free hat. Okay cool. Found out you can't get the hat with a gift card purchase. That's fine, still purchased the hat. Here's the real problem. Cashier asked if I had a membership. I said no but my husband does, but I don't want to use his because this is a Christmas gift. She said oh I'll just print out the receipt so it doesn't email him. Great. We finish the transaction and as shes handing me the receipt she says opps I accidentally emailed it! Are you serious. Worst customer service ever. Thanks for ruining a gift. Last time I will ever spend my money there. Seriously.
