HEB has always been my go to for grocery shopping, but this store has an amble variety of food and home items to choose from vs the HEB stores in Odessa. I also love that they have the coffe grinder for fresh grinded coffe when you need it.

The pharmacy took almost 30 mins!! On the first lane ! While the other lane about 3 cars have passed... I was upset about it I hope they can fix whatever they were struggling so next time I go by I can get faster service

It's an HEB. Who doesn’t love an HEB. need i really say more? The product selection is good, the staff are generally friendly, and the management is legit. Shout out to Stephen, he always has a recipe idea and shares his ideas and tip on cooking, and points us to the right isle. Solid guy. Solid company.

Today I went Grocery shopping... bought items for A recipe for Tomato soup. In my recipe it called for a cooking wine... Well when I was paying the cashier asked for my ID I didnt have my identification card because I let the DMV shred my old one gave me a paper for temporary... I told her oh I have paper. She said no I need your id. And took the wine away. So I asked for a manager to try tell her I don't have an id im waiting for that in the mail I tried to tell her I have a paper but she just lectured me saying the cashier said no so the answer is no... To me she was rude never let me speak and just walked away... I have worked for HEB for 10 yrs in the Bakery I know how employees are suppose to speak with professionalism. I also know that a temporary paper id is legal until the new one comes in the mail. Today that cashier and manager were probably having a bad day. But that was unnecessary. At the end I ended up going to united on midland dr. Showed them my paper ID was able to get what I needed. From now on ill just keep my shopping at loop250 HEB and United Market Street

Has all the items I need! Don’t come on Thanksgiving Day unless you wan’t to be in a very crowded atmosphere. Also very great idea still being open but closing at 12PM.

I love H-E-B! It's my favorite store! My husband and I went on 9-28-25, new to WIC and forgot to use the card. KJ was absolutely amazing!! He helped us get everything figured out. It was a hassle for him but he made light of this stressful an embarrassing situation! He made sure he was friendly and always had a smile on his face. He helped us learn some new things about the program as well. He was soooo good with my anxiety talking while he was fixing our problem as well. He was even very polite and respectful to all the people who weren't paying attention to the fact the light for the lane wasn't on. Like 20 people tried to get in line. 😅 No light means lane closed. Lol. Anyways, I just wanted to say thanks again to him and whomever hired him! He's the best!

I was amazed at the selection that HEB has. There's a variety of sushi, as well as gluten-free products and it was really nice to see the deals on chicken and meat. The cashiers are friendly. And the store is clean definitely would recommend being here. Definitely appreciate Ian the cashier who helped me today very friendly and helped me understand about coupons really appreciate it. 😀

This is my main grocery shopping store! You can't beat the prices and selecion of food and a little bit of everything else! I love how they now have a self cashier but it can get full at times! Their bathrooms are clean too! They also have a little glasses repair shop at the very last entrance!

Here everything is better stands true.. one of the best grocery chain in Texas might be true if I say best in USA. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The selection is great specially good is there in house brand stuff when Jim doubt about something go with in house brand. Great quality

Brand new HEB. Good place to shop for fresh produce, meat and seafood. I love their prepped food. Is big and clean. A lot of varieties, their bakery section is amazing. I do not know what to say but to me is the best place to shop for produce in Midland texas. I give the fives stars and thumbs up. Kudos

In some ways, HEB is better than Walmart. The meat selection is great. My only complaint is that a lot of sections of the shelves, especially the frozen section, were empty.

I just realized that I reported the wrong heb, these issues occurred at the heb of Andrews hwy off the loop 250 My biggest problem with this heb is specific people you have hired, I really hate it when im shopping and your employees walking around face timing there friends or relatives, but this doesn't bother me as bad has, when I see your meat market employees doing this and holding their phone that everyone knows has the most germs, and this really boils my blood, one time i was waiting on an order of steaks which i buy often, and seeing this lady walk from behind the meat counter face timing someone walked all the to back of the store, came back and still on the phone face timing, walks behind the counter position her phone and continues her face timing wearing the same gloves that she was holding her phone with and start preparing meat with the same gloves. While you have 2 supervisors outside the counter sitting there and talking and didn't say nothing to her. This is so unsafe and unrespectful, this is the second time I see this in the meat department and im really getting sick and tired of seeing this in this store where I really love to shop, just so you know, this happens an other stores too, and im sure im not the only one that feels this way, please fix this

This parking lot is way too tight, and it makes accidents almost inevitable. Even if you’re careful, your car can get dinged or scratched because other people here just don’t care they swing their doors open without thinking, sometimes letting kids do the same. My car had a brand new paint job, and it was already hit during a single visit. The store could do a lot to improve safety with better parking design, and the community really needs to be more mindful of their actions. It’s frustrating that both poor design and careless behavior make something as simple as grocery shopping stressful, this is my personal experience and opinion, Midlanders really need to be more aware of their cars and neighbors in these tight spots.

HEB Has unfortunately lost its way when it comes to clean and well stocked store. It's always dirty with broken or filthy carts and missing so many items to purchase. Also they try to push their product brand way too much and let's just say it's very bottom of the barrel when it comes to quality. Also you rarely see sales on items like they did years ago.

It is still my favorite store for food and pharmacy. In general, their employees are attentive and professional. With the exception of the Western Union employee. This woman was very rude and unprofessional. He asked me a lot of unnecessary questions and eventually refused to make 2 transactions. HEB 5 stars. Western Union 1 star.

Two people work at this store, and I don't understand why, given how rude they are and all the problems they've caused, they're still employed there, without the store considering the negative image they project. One of them works in the produce department and is named Jasmin, and the other works in the floral section and is identified as KP (that's how it's written on her ID). Both of them mistreat customers, and this happened to me on February 3rd around midday. They yelled at me to leave the area where they were both working, and the store should review the security footage to see the kind of people they have working there. I think the store should take action against both of them, as this isn't the first time this has happened with either of them, and yet they're allowed to continue working without any consequences. When you complain to the produce manager, he does nothing, especially since they are racist towards Latinos. Both of them mistreated me, and they didn't even know I'm an American citizen, and I shouldn't have to tolerate any disrespect from them. If the store doesn't take action against these two individuals, I will have to pursue legal action. I just hope the store does the right thing, as their attitude undermines the good work of the other employees who work there and aren't rude like them. The two worst people in the store are Jazmin and KP

I just had the worst experience placing a delivery order. I put in the correct delivery address and the delivery driver couldn’t deliver my groceries. I had to call multiple store locations to track down my order because no one could find it in the system. Once I found my order, the store stated my groceries couldn’t be delivered. I got transferred to someone from customer service who stated there was a glitch in the app and the HEB app just generated the address most similar to the one I had entered. I have still been told there is nothing that can be done but I have not received any confirmation that my order has been refunded. I received a confirmation that my order was delivered but yet I have no idea where the groceries went. I now have to wait another day to get a call back from customer service since no one on the phone could help me. I have no idea when I’ll receive my refund and I can’t even get the groceries I need until it is fully refunded. The customer service worker clearly stated it was a mistake by the HEB app and yet they are doing nothing to help fix this.
