Twice I scheduled for mobile car wash and twice they did not show up or receive a courtesy phone call , I call and every time went straight to voicemail and I scheduled 1 week before and started texting 2 days before to confirm and I did get one return text two days before and they confirm and on that day they did not show up. Very disappointed

While they did do a good job on the interior of my truck they did damage my truck by soaking it heavily with whatever chemical they used. My car no longer runs and I have been trying to contact them for days but they don't pick up the phone. We even left the car for a couple days so everything can dry up to see if it was just water damage to kinda make sure that we weren't jumping the gun but now it's almost been a week. I can no longer use my truck until I find the replacement part so now I am out of work as well do not recommend poor customer service.
