This was my first time getting my car detailed and I got the ultimate wash package. Rasheed had great customer service upon my arrival for my book appointment. I have a toddler, so the interior of my car needed a major cleaning, he did a fantastic job with cleaning the upholstery of my car and making it look like brand new again. I was very pleased with the exterior cleaning as well. This was a great first time experience!

Rasheed did a phenomenal job with waxing my car. I did a machine polish wax and the results were spectacular. Great attention to detail and the car legitimately looks brand new. It is a black car and it is not easy to achieve. Highly recommend and will be back.

I have never gotten my car detailed before but I am so glad I did. I feel like I have a brand new car! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They got all of the scuffs and scratches off of my car and the inside feels brand new. I am in absolute awe of the job that was done and am very grateful to Curtis and everyone else working with him today. They had the best price of any group we looked at and I am very happy with the outcome. I wish I took before/after photos but believe me when I say my car has never been this shiny and clean!

They threw away items they deemed trash from my vehicle. This included receipts, paperwork, and a full bottle of sunscreen. They also lost my garage opener, which I realized quickly, and was able to go back and get. When I realized more items were missing the next day, I came back to ask if they had a bag of my things, and I was told anything left in the vehicle is considered trash and “they can’t help me.” Other detail places always bagged up items and left them in the backseat for the owner to review later. Buyer beware.

They did great work for the interior of the car, wheels was not clean 100% They don’t have cleaning products for the leather I would say they are a little bit expensive, especially when you choose the pinnacle package which is $125 + $5 for SUVs plus tips you will pay over $150, go with the ultimate package only, I didn’t see any difference

I just had The Ultimate car wash and honestly, it was the best car detailing I’ve ever had. Irvin really did go above and beyond. My car was a mess and iit looks brand new honestly. Even the tiny looks and crannies are completely clean. It’s all hand done so you don’t have to worry about any damage to your car.

Hello, First, let me say that I was a Green Phantom fan but on my 4th visit, and the first time on Tuesday April 22nd, 2020, with my new 2020 Toyota Tacoma I'm no longer a fan. My first two visits with my 2019 Toyota Corolla was at 3011 E. Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32803, and I was very pleased with their work. The first time I went to the Dr. Phillips location 7800 Dr. Phillips Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819 with my Corolla, I could tell the difference in service, and I wasn't satisfied with their work; furthermore, I could tell the service wasn't as good. I just purchased my truck, and Toyota offers free car washes for up to a year, but they use a machine, and I don't want to risk scratching my new truck; for that reason, I use hand car washes like Green Phantom; in fact, I only use Green Phantom. This time I used the Dr. Phillips location because it was convenient, and the two workers were very nice, and friendly. Service representative Shine worked on my truck, and when I returned to pick up my truck, I looked at the truck and didn't question the service. It wasn't until I drove over to my uncles house to show him the truck when I realized my truck had scratches on the drivers side above the front wheel panel, and hood. That's when I thoroughly reviewed their work, and I could see steaks on the rear panel on the drivers side, and an area on the center of the hood below the windshield area not touched. The company claims to cover every inch of the vehicle with no streaking. Not only did I have an untouched area, I had streaking, and scratches. Attached please find the photos. Very disappointed, and I hope the company reaches out with an answer. In response to the Owners response: Instead of taking responsibility, your response was to shift blame on me because of my product, a product I asked you to use; and then you try to make it sound like I "begged" you to use my product. First, the product wouldn't scratch my truck, and second, both workers asked me questions about my product because they were impressed with its results; furthermore, one of the reps took a photo of the product on his personal cell phone. So, stop trying to shift blame, when you scratched my truck, and take responsibility for your work. Yes, I did look over the vehicle quickly, and it did look very good at first glance. I didn't expect any scratches on my truck from a hand wash car wash; for that reason, I didn't thoroughly look over my truck. If you would have read my review carefully, and looked at the photos, you wouldn't be confused. I hope this review serves as a "WARNING" to stay away from this car wash.

They do such an amazing job!!!!! I'd had been passing by this location for months and with my dad coming in to town decided to try it out for my first professional cleaning. The result was SO GOOD! I swear my car looks better than when I got it from Carvana. You can see their attention to detail. For the quality and quickness, you cannot beat the price. Definitely going back and recommending to everyone!

Avoid at all costs! you are better off going to a basic car wash for $10. The guy who I normally use is away until July so I thought I would try Green Phantom. There have various options online and I chose to go with the second to highest option because I wanted a quality detail but the top option included clay and wax which I cannot do since my car has an existing Ceramic coating. They pre-charge your credit card and even ask if you want to give a tip in advance. When I arrived to drop off my car I met two really nice guys working in the hot sun under a partially covered section across from Homegoods. I asked them to please not spray any glaze/shine on my car because of the ceramic coating. Since my windshield is also tinted with clear film I went ahead and asked them what they use on windows, their response was 'just water.' At this stage I got a little concerned and noticed they were using basic rags to clean the cars, no microfibers-no sponges-nothing. I wanted this to go well so I mentioned to them that I have a great microfiber glove they could use on my car, he responded no problem go get it. I dont live far so I hopped in my car and went home. got the microfiber glove and two bottles of cold water, because it was hot outside and I felt for these guys. I came back handed them the water, the microfiber and my car:) Came back a little over an hour later and overall the car seemed clean at first glance. I tipped the guy $15 and started to get into my car when I notice the wheels were horrific, untouched other than the face of the wheel. Does this company not grasp the essence of an auto detail? I asked him about it and he said, oh if you want the wheels cleaned that's extra. Yet that was never an option, never mentioned and have we forgotten....auto detail?? Inside there are various areas that just looked wiped down with spot and streaks and dust from before. Look through the photos and tell me of that looks 'detailed' The last wheel photo I just ran my finger through the dust to show how easy it came off. I sent a message to the manager and his response: 'Generally we do not detail behind the wheels rim" He also said that they don't use other supplies/equipment because it's a liability. How is it a liability when I gave it to you to use on my car, how is a nice microfiber a liability over a garbage rag. Why did your employee tell me to go home and get it. When I picked up the car the reason the detailer gave me was that it was too much effort and work to saturate the microfiber and was a hassle. Two different answers. Avoid this place there are MANY great detailers that take pride in their work and give you a great result. Waste of $95

Paid $260 for their ultimate detail package or whatever, and when asked to fix what was clearly not cleaned I was told “that’s the best we could do”! “The rag and my tools can’t reach those crevices”.! Just a few of the impossible crevices. Horrible , what a shame P.s. I added a pic the next day , I tried to clean the crevices that were unreachable and that was the result of Just the steering wheel, they make you inspect the vehicle which I did and they fixed some major errors but the excuse of cleaning the crevices was that they didn’t have the right tools to clean crevices , when I just did it with baby wipe 🥴

Took our 2012 Sienna to get cleaned before a road trip and was strapped on time to do it myself. I don't like machine was places and chose this place because of the good reviews but also they wash by hand. I was helped by Kelvin I believe, and he was helpful and gave me a estimate on how long it was going to take since I was on my lunch break. I chose the Green Package which was a exterior only service. He texted me back and was pretty spot on the time he said he was going to take to detail our Sienna. He asked me to look at the van to check his job and he did a excellent job on it. Friendly and professional and quality work...I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good hand washing service which is also eco friendly.

Hello there! I hate to do this but… l have to, Yesterday l went to wash my car with you guys, exterior wash only, l had made the appointment. First it took over 40 min. Second the job was really bad. I had to go , so l did not have the time to wait to have it done over. Today l realize how really bad of job they did, as l was cleaning it myself. I even tipped the guy, cause l always do, l shouldn’t have, that is in me. I usually have a had a good experience, not this time.
