I paid ten dollars for the wash, entered the bay and nothing happened. There is nobody on site to help and nobody answers the number they have listed. It states to leave a message and they will get back to you but there is never an option to leave a message. I would like a refund since they took my ten dollars and provided nothing. Still not able to contact anyone. Who are the owners of this facility? Update April 2021. Their number still doesn't work, they still owe me $10 or the service I paid for and they recently double charged my wife. Sorry, but they are nothing more than a common thief and I will spread the word that they are not reliable, engage in poor business practices, do not produce the services paid for, are not responsive to their customers and should be shut down.

Went to the new car wash by CVS on Briarwood last Saturday and got wife's car washed. Pulled out and dried it off then decided to vacuum it out. Had to repair the vacuum hose myself and used my credit card to pay for the vacuum which said $1.00...My card has been charged $10.00...Not a Big Fan of getting ripped off! If it is just a place holder, needs to be noted on the vacuums...Convenience is great, but getting ripped off isn't!

On July 13th we tried to use this car wash we paid by credit card and it showed that it took our money but the wash never happened!!! So I called the number on the machine and left 2 to 3 voice mails before I received a return call. The man who called me back apologized and said let me take your information and we will send you a refund. Well here it is August 3rd and we have yet to see a refund. I am not really concerned about losing $10 but it is the principal!! We will never use this wash again for our cars or the pet wash that is connected to it. And I will be letting everyone I know to stay away so that they don't get ripped off too!!

This is my go-to car wash and usually don’t have many complaints with it, but this morning, I pulled into the south (left) bay, deposited my $10...and waited. No “drive ahead” signal came up. There was water in the bay, like it has been working, but I lost my $10 😡. Forget trying to get a refund; doubt it’ll happen. Usually when there is maintenance going on, or the wash isn’t working for whatever reason, there is a red cone blocking the entrance. Not today. Probably won’t visit this wash for awhile...

So I pulled into one of the washes. Used credit card to pay. Twice it just went back to the welcome screen when I swiped card so I went to the other side. It took my payment and I went through. Later I checked my credit card purchases and there were three charges. I called the number they provided and I was told the $20 refund would be mailed to me. I never got the refund. Plus the machine didn’t do a very good job of cleaning my car.

I guess it's true you get what you pay for. I was surprised at the best wash being only $10 but afterwards I understood. This car wash isn't even worth that. I keep my car in the garage and wash it every week so basically all I was doing was washing off that west Texas dust and dirt that gets blown around - so safe to say it wasn't filthy. This car wash left so much dirt and dust and didn't even get my windows well. The dry it does is absolutely laughable. Skip this one and pay more for a better wash else where.

First, Pulled in for a quick car wash, was trying to swipe my card for the basic $5 wash, thankfully I use prepaid cards for things like this because when I swiped the card it tried charging $10 instead of $5 not once but three times. Second, when I pulled out there was still dirt on the passenger side of the car and I know get what you pay for but come on. Third, the quarter machine doesn’t work at all the vacuum lasted less than a minute and the convenient wipe dispenser was out. This establishment is completely shady will not be using again.

Paid $10.00 for their “premium” wash and it didn’t even get the dust off my windshield. Complete waste of time and money. Highly disappointed. You can do a better job at the house with a water hose, rag, and no soap.

I purchased the $7 deluxe wash, with credit card, but after looking on my account, it charged me $10. I called multiple times with no reply. Same thing happened with my husband. Will not be using this car wash again, I suggest that no one should. Probably many people don’t even realize this is happening to them too. They aren’t even worth one star!

Before the wash, my truck had some light “Midland dust” that could easily be wiped off with my finger. Might as well not have paid $8 for a wash and poured my coffee on the side of the truck. The car wash didn’t even touch it. The wheels and tires looked just as dirty afterwards.

$10.00 touch less car wash 👌my truck comes out clean, no films, I do park and dry my windows and mirrors, hey for $10.00 and leaves your vehicle clean, includes soap and wax. My truck has a lift kit and tall and wide tires, no problem. I recommend this car wash, touchless car wash, will not scratch or damage your vehicle like other places sometimes do.

I need to update to be fair. I paid for the 5 dollar wash but was charged 10 dollars , turns out you don't lose the 5 bucks you get it back . A very nice lady called me up and explained it to me. It's a safe bet you're not going to lose 5 dollars. Thank y'all for taking the time
