I bought my car less than 3 months ago and been more than scared to take it to a car wash because I did not want it getting scratched. So I finally decided to take it to grease monkey for a hand wash, huge mistake! they ended up scratching all the black from my side door windows and leaving a lot of smeared dirt around the car. I called and they said they could do a polish, but they never apologized to me. During this call you could clearly tell the guy was trying to hold in a laugh! Which made me even more mad, also they said they couldn't tell me names, but next day everyone told me everyones names lol. Anyways, Next day I went to get it polished, this time taking my husband. The manager immediately came up to us and began to see the damages and talking to us. He said it was normal, and all that but these are too many for a first time wash. The manager also he kept ignoring what I was saying and just continued to talk to my husband only, when I was the one that brought it to began with. He said they were only gonna fix it this time because its not their fault… really you're gonna see all this and tell me its not your fault? I check my car constantly and I know when something wasn't there before. After all that they got us going with the polish, it was great not gonna lie, but trust me when I say the detailing guy that gave us the car at the end I think name Jerry? Was way more understanding and proper at talking than the own manager. Either way I am never going back again, the money was too much for all smears and scratches caused.

I brought my wife’s truck to this establishment based on a family member’s recommendation, who had positive experiences with the owner at the north side location. However, my experience with the window tinter, Jay, was deeply disappointing and resulted in the tint being striped and my wife’s truck back to baking in the heat. First, I must acknowledge that Auggie was professional, helpful, and did an excellent job coordinating the initial interior cleanup and preparation of the truck for tinting. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Jay’s execution of the tinting process. From the moment he arrived, driving recklessly through the parking lot, it was clear he was rushed. This set the tone for the substandard work that followed. The tinting job was completed in an unreasonably short time—approximately an hour after I dropped off the vehicl—raising immediate concerns about the quality of the work. Upon inspection, it was evident that no effort was made to properly prepare the windows. None of the windows were scraped or cleaned prior to applying the tint, leaving dust specks and sticker residue from a SiriusXM decal clearly visible. Every window, except the rear, had noticeable cuts and scrapes. The rear window itself had 8-inch-long horizontal creases, or “fingers,” in the middle of the tint sheet, rendering it unacceptable. When I contacted Jay to address these issues, he was confrontational and dismissive, questioning my knowledge of window tinting despite my prior experience in the industry. His lack of professionalism was further highlighted when he claimed he was doing me a favor by working on his day off. I reminded him that I had paid $330 for a professional service, which included a window eyebrow as part of the package, only to be informed they lacked the materials to complete that portion of the job. This was not disclosed upfront and further demonstrated their lack of preparation and care. Ultimately, the tint was removed, and I was issued a full refund. However, the time, and inconvenience is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this location for window tinting services, as the lack of professionalism and poor quality of work reflect a serious disregard for customer satisfaction

I got an alignment since I recently got coilovers and the manager was super friendly and honest about what needed to be done and recommended the perfect fitment for ride quality and looks. I was declined service for alignments from other big name shops because of how low the car was but grease had no issues with it. He kept me up to date and in the loop about everything he did and asked me if how the car was looking was fine with me or if I would like it some other way. Overall great experience for my first time at any grease monkey. 10/10

Honestly one of the best car washes I’ve been to in a while. The staff was super chill but professional, and they took their time making sure my car looked spotless!! I did the full service and it was worth every penny — inside and out looked brand new. Even the little details like the dashboard and cupholders were cleaned really well, which usually gets skipped at other places. Fast, friendly, and fair prices. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Go elsewhere. First time here. Paid $35. Nobody manning the car wash. I finally decided to honk a couple times. Nobody came out. Had to get out of the car and find someone to get the car wash started. After that I pulled into the car ports where I saw 2 young gentleman hand drying 2 other cars. After a couple minutes I had to lower my window and ask them what the process was, do you guys hand dry them with the package I bought? Young man said yes. What else do I get with the $35? The young man said "we clean what we see". So you clean the dash board? He said "yes". Do you vacuum? He said "yes" and walked away. I got out of my car and started removing trash from my car. After a couple minutes I started wondering who to give my car keys to? I walked in the office/waiting room and asked the guy inside " do i hand you the keys and wait here or do i hand the keys to the guys outside????? He stated I could give him the keys. Gentleman then asked if I already paid and I told him yes. He asked if I payed outside and I told him yes, there is a machine right before the car wash entrance. He then stated "well you can pay inside aswell".......this place makes it so complicated and frustrating to get a car wash!!!!! Never using or recommending this place. You can tell when employees enjoy dealing, interacting and providing customer service and the employees here definitely don't.

I don't recommend for you to get your vehicle Wash and detail I paid for the detailing first time they messed up spoke to the manager told me to come back another day and they will take care of it so I went and these are the results unacceptable I would imagine you would do a better service to keep the customer coming back but I guess not that just tells you they don't care...

At this Grease Monkey location...Rob Augie Saul Mando Joseoh and Robert are ALWAYS on their "A" game and abke to assist on all my lift truck needs. From superior clean to oil change to alignments to tire balance and rotations They are always there and great at what they do. Cant be happier with their service and new look on my head and fog lamps. Look like new. Thanks guys!!!
