I shopped around for about 6 months to different car washes in the Peoria area when I moved here. This car wash did the best! Great customer service from Sheldon. He goes the extra mile when you are in the line to pay, or entering the car wash, he handed me dash wipes once I started my membership. The wash, price, dryers, and the vacuums are all good. I’ve been once or twice where the vacuums are not that great but other than that, Everything seems to work pretty well and especially the dryers at the end of the wash. This is definitely worth the membership. I just wish they had more locations.

Steve and Anthony have the best customer service I've seen in a while at a car wash. I was here for an hour and half and multiple customers came to them about different inquiries and they were attentive and courteous. I have a special coating on my car and needed a car wash that I could go through brushless they will stop the brushes and then I can go through. The people are always very nice and helpful to direct me. I love that they have the vacuums right there. They have always been easy to use I’ve never had a problem finding a spot that I could pull into to wipe down the car and vacuum things up it makes life easier and my car shines. I recently stopped by Grand Express Car Wash in Peoria, and I have to say it was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The location is clean, organized, and easy to use, which already sets it apart from a lot of other places I’ve been to. What made my visit even better was the excellent customer service. Craig, who assisted me, was professional, welcoming, and very helpful. He explained the different wash options clearly and helped me pick the one that fit my needs. It’s obvious he cares about providing a positive experience for every customer. The actual wash was quick, efficient, and extremely thorough. My car came out looking spotless and shiny, and the entire process was smooth. The vacuums were powerful and well-maintained, which made it easy to clean the interior as well. I also noticed the equipment looked modern and in great condition, which really shows that the business puts care into their service. Overall, I can honestly say Grand Express Car Wash is the best car wash in Peoria. Between the outstanding service from Craig and the quality of the wash itself, I left completely satisfied. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly and recommending this place to others.

Really like this car wash! Towels are always damp and it’s never packed and it’s easy to get in and out of. Unlike some of the other car washes, the vacuums work great. The people are always friendly. Sheldon is always kind, welcoming and happy to help or answer any questions we have. Definitely recommend.

This place is great, state of the art. I wanted to use the touchless wash after a long 2 day road trip to Colorado and back because I own a Tesla and touchless is recommended. However touchless didn’t quite get the job done. One of the staff, Autumn was great and told me that she would power wash the bugs and the road grime at no charge to make the car cleaner. She even power washed and dried my dirty floor mats. Their customer service is out standing. I watched as other cars were coming out with regular washing and they looked great. I would recommend this place if your car needs a wash.

was having an issues often with the gate reading my license plate, Craig got Sheldon to save me a rfid bar code to scan which will be much easier. sheldon is friendly. car wash cleans car without scratching and removing dirt and bird poo every time. love the vacuums and microfiber cloths to dry my car after. the compressed air at each station is a nice bonus because my windshield wiper hoses were clogged but worked again after used compressed air in the hoses.

Tried this car wash for the second time and I feel like it's the best I've been to! The wash actually hits all areas of my vehicle, the vacuums work great, and the air sprayer guns are really strong so they help dry every nook and cranny of the car quickly! There are lots of spaces to park and vacuum etc, and they play some really good music that everyone can enjoy. Sheldon helped with my car wash purchase and let me know about a really awesome special they had going on. So I basically am getting 2 months unlimited for about $2 more than I was going to pay for one wash! He was extremely friendly and helpful, making my overall experience even better.
