Charges you 10 dollars no matter how long you use it, yet no signs saying so. Kinda seems like robbery to me. At least they had good pressure, vacuums are garbage

The attendant was friendly and helpful. The $5 was was sub-expectation. Didn’t even get the bird poop off the hood. I had to pull to the vacuum area and wipe the truck down myself.

Used the self-serve car wash. Make absolutely certain you hit stop or you will spend 10 bucks as well. There’s more water pressure with the hose in my driveway. Talked to the attendant at grease monkey and he said people get overcharged all the time, I’ll never make that mistake again

This place is closed on Sunday. Crazy, imagine a car wash closed on Sundays.. it's so crowded at the wash down the street the line is going around the block and this place is closed. They have no way to add value to your washcards online, you must go inside the lube place to add money to the card, oddly the money you put on the card expires in a year. However when this place is open the staff are overwhelmingly friendly, professional, courteous and the wash does a very good job,

A great place to get a good quality wash and they have kind service workers. We have gone multiple times and for a basic wash it’s only $5.00 and they use a power washer as your entering the car wash. Their employees go up and beyond. A+ quality.

I went to this car wash, and The timer stopped at 7 minutes, and yet they charged me the max $20. After I had clicked the sprayer over to stop it read ‘Thank You’ across the screen leading you to think it was complete and as I continued to dry off my car with my microfiber towels about 10 minutes later I then heard “thank you”, come from the digital read out. And I’ve seen other reviews stating the same thing so instead of trying relentlessly to get a hold of this business owner because their mailbox is full and I highly doubt they’ll answer or call me back I’m just going contact the BBB, this is not an empty promise. I will be filing a BBB report on Monday because I’m sick and tired of unethical businesses that just take advantage of the consumer. So thank you for charging full price because now the BBB will be looking into your business.

I give 5 stars because they deserve it!! I've been to this location only for several years and have ALWAYS been treated very well, the shop is always clean and tidy for a shop. Prices are very reasonable and they always give the ladies a flower. Aw! Also all their oil change packages come with the free car wash, It is self-serve but they also supply the supplies awesome. My equinox always runs great leaving there, they check everything and even when it's not time for my oil change I can drive up there and they'll service my tires and top off anything that I might be low on. Great place great service and great people!! Thank you guys and I noticed you're growing in Peoria but please don't let that hurt the customer service you're giving. Happy customer!!

This is the WORST car wash ever. None of their cubicles had soap???? It’s literally a car WASH. Not a come play in the water with your car next to you???? Then yall had the audacity to charge me 3.75 for 1 minute. Will never be back. This place needs shut down most everything is empty besides the water. Vacs are broken and the ones that do work suck like they’re from the 1930’s. My grandma could’ve sucked more up with her mouth my god.

I wish I could keep going here but I won't be anymore. Half of the vacuums are missing or broken, and rarely are there clean towels available. And they don't even give the wet wipes for the dashboard or air fresheners like other car washes. I hope the owner fixes this place up soon or it probably won't be around for much longer.
