I had a smashed windshield from hitting a turkey. After the windshield was replaced it was recommended I get the interior detailed as there were small glass shards everywhere, including in the vents. Walked in and had an appointment for the next day. Detailed inside and out, they took a 12-year-old car and made it look better than I could have ever expected. Glass - all gone Old stain on roof liner - gone Years of brake dust - gone Shame of driving an old car - gone Great job! Thank you.

I called in to find out if I could have my windshield tinted that same day and they were able to get me in immediately. When I arrived, there was someone at the front desk who was extremely knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions and even help me decide which tint by going in the back and grabbing some film so I could see and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The tint was done quickly and it’s an extremely solid looking job will be back for future stuff. Overall very good experience with a beautiful shop

I came to this place because I read a lot of their positive reviews a couple months ago and thought that they were going to be efficient, but my experience was so disappointing. They did a very rushed and poor job doing the tinting work in my vehicle. Even on the same day when I had gotten it done, I noticed that a couple of the windows had residue that was stuck in between the tint film and the window itself. Whosoever completed my set just did such a sloppy job. On top of that, when I jumped into my car there was a mess all over the interior. They left this liquid residue all over my dashboard and the console. I had to take a while wiping it down and trying to wipe off even some parts of the door. I have no idea what they spilled all over in my vehicle and I have no idea what residue they put that caused the mess in between my windows, but this is causing me to have to go somewhere else to get a proper tint done. I paid about $280+ after another guy tried to charge me over 350 because he didn't even bother to check what service I had gotten done. If I hadn't known the price before and screenshotted the quote, I would have been giving them a lot more money for this disappointing result. I don't know if that was intentional, but he apologized quickly when I checked him on it. My car is just an old modest SUV, but I'm still a paying customer. I don't deserve to be handed back a mess and ineffective job when I give you a clean vehicle. It's a couple months down the line and no matter how much wiping and polishing I've tried to do on the windows, it still has not come out because of whatever mess they did in between the tint and the window. If your car is not flashy, they will not treat it well. That's what I've come to notice while I waited there that day. In addition, within the span of about an hour and a half, there were four different customers who came in to fix imperfections in their tints as well. Bubbles, scratches, lines, etc. That makes me wonder how effective some of their workers are if so many of them keep making tint mistakes the first time around. 🤔

I’ve been bringing both my cars here for 13 years as the work performed is always outstanding. Tints come out Mint with nice clean edges. Detailing / ceramic coatings come out smooth as silk & help protect your vehicle from the rough New England weather where the roads are loaded with salt & sand. Justen is great to work with when customizing your vehicle such as painted calipers & rims, car wraps, and any other custom touches you’d like to add to your vehicle. He’s great at making your custom vision become reality as nobody wants to be cookie cutter. As a long time customer, I highly recommend Gotham Auto Works.

I had my 2020 Rav4 hybrid fully detailed (Int/Exterior) here yesterday. I have to say the work they do for the prices they charge doesn’t match. I’ve noticed this place is a bit pricier than other shops offering the same Service in this Area. View my pictures and see for yourself. I was unhappy that so many DETAILS on a detailing were just overlooked/neglected. I’ve posted a picture of what the website states the detailing covers. The front of my car for example had an imperfection on the paint they should have removed and they didn’t and they waxed over it which I now would have to remove wax to remove imperfection. Gentlemen who works for them Told me I needed to purchase a “higher” package to have that removed. His reply angered me after I paid $265 for the job. you are telling me I have to pay more to get the job done correct? Unbelievable. I will def be trying other places next time Because I did see better prices but since this place is so glorified in Danbury I gave them a chance. But I won’t pay top dollar for average work. Please view my pictures and see for yourself. The rims were still dirty. The engine area wasn’t cleaned at all or properly I can’t even tell a difference. I’m not here to bash this business I am Here to give the next customer a legit experience from a recent customer. Maybe they will up their quality control and the next customer won’t have the experience I just had. I still gave them 3 stars cuz the inside is very clean. The outside just wasn’t done to the standards of what they state the detailing includes. I will be trying other businesses before I consider going back to them.

I never leave reviews to anyone but this one upseted me . MAKE SURE you check your car before pay for the bill. I was in a rush and didn't do it. My Range Rover rims were all dirty with a break dusty coat of oil. The outside windshield has drips of water and the worse was the back door, on the edge of it, the paint was scratched in 3 places one of them damaged deep that chipped the paint. And yes, I know my car needs a good cleaning, I did just the outside this time to see if you guys were good like the reviews said, but you didn't pass the test. Paid 238$. Good thing I didn't choose the 500+ deal! And I added pics. And don't forget .... the customer are always right. 👌 Service done on 08/06.

Gotham Auto Works never fails to impress me. I have gotten multiple tints done by them and every time they do a phenomenal job. Both of my BMW’s had 20% tints and multiple details on both of my cars. Was thinking about my car as I get ready to sell and I had to find this page. Gotham tinted my windows and painted my wheels almost 10 years ago, and they are still near perfect! Not a cheap service but the quality is insane. I’ve never seen tints or wheel paint hold up so well. Worth every penny and then some. Highly recommend!
