What a joke , I came in on January 25th at 834 am there were 3 people in the office 1 person came out sprayed half of my car did a half ass job and sent it thru . My 4Runner was an absolute mess from the prior weeks storms . I will be canceling my account and going to delta atleast they’ll spray the other half of my car

S/o to the girl that gave me the bottled water lol she made me write this review! It's refreshing having a place to go to other than Delta. They don't have people to hand dry the cars but you can't tell when the car completely dries surprisingly. It also saves time too!

I don't want to leave a bad review about the car wash, I wash my 3 cars here, on Transit rd., and this is the closest car wash to my house. But during the winter it is often closed, or frozen, or something doesn't work. And this is an extra trip. And I have an unlimited plan. So my three cars remain dirty and I can't put them in the garage. So count on three cars. And tire dressing year round does not work as it should and is applied only in some spots. But the car is washed well and the workers are friendly.

3.5 STAR...Decent joint. Typical auto wash. Drive thru while in neutral and the disco lights / brushes / blowers get the job done. If they had a couple folks hand drying and doing the windows it would be a huge improvement. It's a well ran establishment and a good choice for me when i can't was my cars due to weather.

in general Go Car wash is great , I think it’s an excellent choice, However, the Transit Rd location in Lancaster is hands down the worst I’ve ever used. They don’t seem to have the towels out, unless the weather is perfect. I’m here now at 7:27 am and no towels. It’s cloudy and 36 degrees out. I believe this can be an easy fix for management here . ( if they want to ). Happy Holidays

I took my car there and something in the brushes left deep scratches in my headlights. I can never. Go back as I’m afraid this will happen to other parts of my car. GO BRUSHLESS for less or no damage.

Although I love the convenience of washing my car there and the staff there are amazing I also feel like they fall short. My car has come out of the wash not as clean as one can hope and that’s no big deal when they have the towels there. The only problem I have is as a member I have been there time and time again where there aren’t clean towels there to fix the blemishes or dry off my car that the car wash hasn’t done.

There is nerve ever spray window cleaner at this location. There is at every other location. They also only put out the towels on occasion when they feel like it. Vacuums often broken . Horrible go to Delta Sonic

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to in my 50+ years of driving. Read their disclaimer (after you already paid and are about to enter the wash). It seems to be compiled and is updated by whatever their car washes break on any vehicle. They’ve damaged a lot of “standard” equipment on my truck but - you guessed it- none of it was covered. Transit Rd location is the oldest and worst wash - even their own employees admit to a lot of damage claims. Caveat emptor.

Love it I do the monthly plan I just pull up get in and get out! Quick and easy and they do a great job and the one on transit by cracker barrel has rags to dry your vehicle after which I love no other locations have them! And the free vaccums ate a nice touch.

I am a big fan of GO car wash. The free vacuums have great suction. I really appreciate that they provide towels that you can use to wipe the exterior and/or interior of your vehicle. I have a monthly membership and I think it is a very fair price. If you skip your weekly Starbucks drink you could easily pay for a membership !
