Definitely won’t be coming back! I paid $15 and the employee didn’t scrub the front or back bumper, so the car was still dirty. He first got bothered when I said no to the monthly subscription, and then when I pointed out how bad the wash was, he tried to make me pay again to fix their mistake. We asked for the manager, and instead of apologizing or saying anything, he just stayed quiet and opened the gate for me to go through another wash. No accountability, no customer service.

This is a good car wash. The water comes out of the Jets and then the soap comes out of the Jets and then water comes out of the Jets and washes off the soap. And then your car is clean. I’m always happy with the service. This car wash provides. The staff are always friendly and the line moves quickly. There is always clean towels and the vacuums are always working.

This company is giving scam. I signed up with two men at the location for $9/month and neither one of them stated that it was only a “2 month promotion”, in fact they said the opposite and that it was a locked in rate. At least that’s what they claimed to get me to sign up. Then, a few months later I spoke to a different man at the location to switch my card on file, it was still $9/month and still no mention of a price jump at any point. Now, I get charged $10 on the 1st of Dec and then $20 out of no where on the 28th of Dec. The guy on the phone from that location just says “it was probably only a 2 month promotion”. Shouldn’t I have been told that by any of the 3 men I talked to over the last couple of months? If it were only a couple month promotion to begin with, why did it just NOW change? Why was I also charged twice in one month? Definitely not going to be returning to this location or any location for this company. $30 in one month for the most basic level car wash!
