They most certainly do not take ownership of damaging vehicles. My car was rear ended INSIDE THE WASH and this could have been avoided if they were attentive and hit the emergency button within a reasonable moment. But i was rear ended not once, but twice. It would have continued I had I not put my car in drive and bounce my way out to the exit. They claim me coming off the tracks was my fault, but refused to show me video. They were unresponsive to my phone calls and emails. They refuse to show me the video because they know they’re negligent. I will make it my life mission to tell everyone what they will do to your car. Your brand new, gorgeous looking car.

Our car was pretty bad to begin with it needed a cleaning but even the $10 paid seems like a rip off. Paid to pretty much have them spray water. The machines that spin and the ones that hang to clean the sides and top of your car didn't even touch the car. So while it sprayed soap nothing was actually 'washed'. First and last time. Won't ever go back here.

Took our vehicle through the car wash last month. Before leaving we pulled over and discovered large scratches from someone having a kennel in the back of their vehicle. They acknowledged the damage and took pictures. Their insurance even sent us to an auto body shop for an appraisal. Now they are refusing to pay for the full damage. Even though the auto body shop said it was all very consistent with what occurred.

When you pay for a wash you expect it to be clean. However, the little washers never seem to get the middle of the front of my car or the back. If I did not get out and wipe it down there would be tiger stripes all across the back. In the front area I would have a dirt patch Mohawk. It does okay I just expect a better wash than what I get.

Cleans vehicle pretty well. And I enjoy the lighting while going through the car wash. My complaint is there is never an attendant to give out dash wipe and air freshener.

Great Car Wash and a Membership is certainly worth it!!! Vacuums sometimes have issues. Wipe down towels usually available to wipe down your vehicle. Nice place to get your car washed.

I was disappointed with my experience at this car wash. While the service itself was okay, the employee I interacted with was rude and unprofessional. They spoke disrespectfully and did not seem interested in helping. Customer service is important, and I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.

DO NOT go here because their insurance will not cover you!!!!!! Took our NICE vehicle through the car wash last month for quick wash before homecoming. Before leaving we pulled over by another customer and discovered large scratches from someone having a kennel in the back of their vehicle a few vehicles prior to ours. There was a long line of people with damage all consistent with each other. They acknowledged the damage and took pictures, even sent us to an auto body shop for an appraisal to be turned into their insurance Now they are refusing to pay for the full damage saying it is inconsistent. Even though the auto body shop said it was all very consistent with what occurred. And the insurance company even told me I was in the wrong and told me to get an Attorney and just file with my own insurance because they are not paying the claim in full. Since the incident at this location they have been unresponsive by email or calls. The 1 reply I received after sending another message with my frustration of no communication they did not apologize but made an excuse that they have nothing to report since it has all been turned into insurance and did not even provide a name to the email of who was responding. Terrible customer service.

"Please don't go here! My car was damaged, The machine Scraped paint off front bumper! GM "James" won't call me back after receiving my email I've given them all the paperwork they needed, exactly what the GM representative asked for. I've been to their office several times, but I'm still getting no answers."I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau, I have also called Corporate let me note they also are hard to get ahold of as well. This Go Car wash is very unprofessional don't let them damage you vehicle they won't fix it!!! oh ya if you look under my comment there are others that say they won't take care of the damage read below! also I did my review today 11/3 they called me back of course I missed there call so he left me a message say *this is his message ....."Hello KC, this is Ethan from Go Car Wash just calling to tell you that. The incident is still being denied. Um, so that's where we're at with that, um. The, uh, paperwork So the repair is done in 2022, but. It's yeah it it it it's been declined. Have a good day." 🤣🤣🤣 what he is talking about in 2022 I was hit, dodge in indep repaired and painted my front bumper mind you 2022! so I had my car wash in 2024. in the picture below show you the damage from the car wash machine the picture are the same day it happen and from a pass employee that no longer works there. what I heard because they have had a huge turn over... I bet! so the GM (James) said oh I was told you just had your car painted..... Now common sense is.... if my car was just painted you don't go to the car wash 🙄 SIR it was done in 2022! 🤦🏽‍♀ Which I sent over the bill from Dodge with the date and what was done. This business is Bologna I will be calling,filling out A complaint Form with Better Business Bureau also Missouri Attorney General's against them. know one should have to go through this we Pay for a service and this is the whole point of having a business insurance taking care of your customers they definitely Do not care about their customers. hope people see this

This place is barely a car wash. One whole side of the vacuums don’t have hoses. The other side also has vacuums that don’t have hoses. The cloths they have for drying and cleaning are probably not clean themselves and smell terrible. The actual car wash is ridiculous as well. They only spray one side of your car. Then the inside of the car wash has parts that also don’t move and clean like they are supposed to. I’m probably going to move my membership to another car wash that actually has regular maintenance done to maintain the working condition and safety of the car wash.

Been a customer for years but never written a review. So many times, when a large business does something not quite right, you get an "I'm sorry" with no solution. Allen Curtis, district manager for Go, actually said "I'm sorry" but looked for alternatives & solved my problem. That earns way higher marks in my book than great vacuums & a free dash cleaner (which are great also!). Thank you, Allen! Amazing customer service & a great wash.

I have been going to this car wash for years. Go car wash In Lees Summit has a great drive-through wash and self service. I have never been disappointed! Recently, I had a car problem while at the self service car wash. The manager and his employees jumped in to help me and went above and beyond my expectations. It is a great car wash plus great service!

This car wash is huge and has a self service wash and an automatic wash. The staff is friendly and will provide you a free air fresher and wipes to clean your dash. The wash takes less than 5 minutes if it isn’t too busy. Free vacuums and free towels to use to wipe down your vehicle. Overall it is my favorite car wash in Lee Summit area.

Lee’s Summit location is an operational disappointment. On Wednesday Dec. 17, no drying cloths available and 50% of vacuum hoses where plugged up with no suction. Drying area was dirty and full of dwbris. Next day Thursday Dec. 18, drying cloths only available in a cart which blew down the driveway. Tire treatment system either out of fluid or not working. Management at this location is totally lacking. As a 3 car pass member, service at this location is a big disappointment. Many vacuum hoses still plugged up. This car wash is okay. There are worse Go Car Washes throughout the city and there are much, much better ones. This one is closest to my house so I use the most. I’ve been a member for years, pretty annoying they constantly raise the price of the memberships (I think I paid $14.99 or $15.99 per month when I started with them years ago), yet this location is not functional a lot of the time. When it works, it’s decent, doesn’t dry vehicles very well at all, and as mentioned before, you can’t trust that the vacuums will always work. I ended up just buying my own towels off Amazon because it never seemed there were towels.
