Just CANCELED my membership even tho it’s been only four days. What’s the purpose to sign up over online when it won’t work or have issues to drive up and continue. Every time was different reasons for not working, first not in system ok waited 12-24hrs next day was told expired payment on the 27 ??? Just got membership on the 10/01 and look it up and asked many questions to who I was if I changed plate number to finally clerk allowing me pass but asked me to come inside office to address the issue. Nope! This is why I applied online so I don’t have to park and go inside and talk. Then today again this time at POTRANCO got asks for my card to read the card number like if I had made a fake account or sort asked me another 10 questions to identify me and all. SMH! Done with Go CarWash going to Tommy Club now.

BEWARE! I used this car wash in October - there was a gentleman standing at the gates and he signaled me through. Since then, I am being charged a 'subscription' monthly fee of $21 which I never requested or purchased! Something fishy is going on at this car wash and I'll never use this company again! We'll see if I actually get reimbursed... I doubt it! Responding to the Go Car Wash response... they gave me a link to reach out to them to resolve this issue. However, the link goes to a non-functioning "404 Error" page!

Paid $10 for a Basic Car Wash. half the equipment / sprayers did not work. The dryers did not work either. I complained to the young kids working there. They just shrugged and said “”sometimes the equipment malfunctions””. So then why are you changing $10 for a half working car wash !? Lame service. Lame excuses running a business. They are all sitting around and playing dumb , don’t care about anything.

I am writing this review to report a disturbing incident involving the location manager, Megan. Despite being a regular customer who visits multiple times a week with the same equipment, I was met with extreme hostility today regarding my bike rack. Megan was verbally abusive, using profanity and making a public scene by standing in front of my vehicle. Most distressingly, her aggressive behavior and threats of arrest caused my nine-year-old daughter to cry. I eventually left to protect my child from further harassment

Love Go CARWASH! The washes are always great, hardly ever a line, offer free vacuums with special tools, free air for your tires, the staff is always friendly, free fresh rags to wipe down the inside/outside of your car, glass cleaner always out, sometimes complementary air fresheners and dash wipes. The $20 membership pays for itself with one wash a month and is so worth it in my opinion, highly recommend!!

Awesome facility by GO! It's a Huge Sonny's Tunnel with awesome IDC Dryers! The tunnel is rather long compared to 99% of washes, 3 sets of wrap around brushes is very thorough! The wheel cleaning is very good and the conveyor speed is quite slow which is great, a fast wash isn't a clean one. The vacuums here SUCK (literally), the nozzles are big and open to suck up big debris! I love the tire shine as it's very shiny and makes my tires look brand new! This is one of the Best GO Sites in the San Antonio area and one of the best washes around, highly recommend the membership as well!
