Best Car wash in SA! Hands. Down. Let me tell you, the price is fair and my truck is so clean! There are free vacuums and tire air stations as well as an awesome towel service. The employees are super friendly! Tom helped me unload some ladders I had in my bed. They have a bunch of locations along 1604 too which is nice. All in all would recommend, I left with a smile on my face!

My car was dirtier than before the wash. It was left completely wet, not dried properly, and the wash caused multiple scratches. Extremely disappointing service. I will never return.

I’ve been coming here since it opened. Only the $10 wash for my car. I go about once a month. 30 min drive. I go to Sam’s afterwards. One day after my $10.00 car wash I was charged $38.99 for a membership that I never asked for! I wasn’t there! Had to get the bank involved for fraud!! I will not be a customer anymore. They have dishonest people working there!!

Go Wash. on 303 Silicone on silicone drive 13011. San Antonio Tx. Next to Sam’s club. My review is based on the management that think they know your vehicle. This review is from damage to my truck on February 10th. On February 111th I went to speak with manager she was not there. Video was taken from the modeling cap on my passenger side. The guy working there retrieved it and it was broke. We showed the damage tabs they were all in the trucks bed. He said talk with manger I went and by the time I even talked to her she was telling a costumer that she needed to call a girl that claimed they did damaged to her truck 🛻 she’s telling this to a costumer that is my client. Little did she know.as she’s bragging. I have all the pics and video little did she know I wast that person. She tells me unfortunately we can’t pay for damage due to the prior damage. It’s an old truck 8 yrs old. I told her my truck is 2019 with 53 thousand Miles. The damage is the wash that did it. I had just bought it. Right away the wash damaged it. First day with it. We exchanged words and told her you guys are responsible for the damage $199 for the part. But I cudnt get them to pay cus she told her boss untruthful claims. My truck had rust and tape holding molding and it was the paper of part number. She closed my claim. So I canceled my member. My claim was never filed it was already decided. So my advices don’t go here. They will find any excuse not to pay. There is a new carwash that will be opening soon on De Zavala and JV-Bacon. They will be having specials. Don’t miss out on that . Go wash due to their blurry camera footage. That does not show clear footage Their footage is so blurry. Even their cameras inside as you’re living is all busted on the left side it’s just dangling . They cause more damage to vehicles. Then you know.

Was just going to get a single wash but the worker persuaded me to get the $25 membership. Was at club car wash because it was down the road from my place, but didn’t like their washes on my car. Would rather drive the 10 mins the opposite way to get a better wash in. 🙌🏽 Love the free towels and air. Also the worker came up to me while i was cleaning the inside of my car and handed me a free air freshener. Made my day!

I will be canceling my membership soon if there are not improvements to this location it is leaving my car with streaks when I come out it doesn’t look clean and I’m not gonna keep a membership somewhere where I can’t get A1 service and depend that you could keep your machines running properly.

It’s a rainy day, I only came for the vacuums and wanted to honor their time and service. The employee that approached me in the payment area wanted to sell me a service that has no meaning or made sense on a rainy day. Went through the car wash paid my service and when I was about to use the vacuums they are all turned off. I approached the employees and with an awful and disrespectful attitude shut the door on my face when asked to give me a refund on my service. After being explicit to him about needing vacuums and paying for a full service. If you are a woman don’t come to this car wash, the staff is disrespectful to women and bullies.

PAY ATTENTION IF SOMEONE HELPS YOU SELECT A WASH. We’ve been coming here for years. Today when we got there someone was helping at the kiosk. He automatically selected monthly membership and if I wasn’t paying attention, it would have been set up to charge every month after that. He didn’t even apologize. Unacceptable. I’m sad for elderly people that trust these workers… My husband and I really liked this place, but I probably won’t be back here if I have to have this interaction again. So dishonest.

I recently purchased a 6 month GO BIG membership and I am very disappointed. The brushes on the right side of the vehicle weren't working and to top it off the lights that turn on stating what process is functioning at the moment weren't all working. So how do I know if I got the ceramic coat or the triple protection? The only thing that went BIG was the price of membership! I used to have a membership at Club car wash and I recommend going there. Great price, all items work and the machines light up, brushes work and cleans the car better.

You know I’ve been here a couple times but today as the worker was helping me select a car wash I wanted you know without even asking me he was setting me up to do a membership and if I wasn’t paying attention, this man would have set me up for a monthly subscription that I had no idea about. Obviously, I told him no I don’t want a monthly subscription so we had to restart the process over and select the single car wash that I asked for. So be careful when you come here and pay attention to what they are selecting.

Went there in Jan for a one time wash guy came to me to help me put my card in the machine. Asked what I would like just a one wash. One time wash I said yes. I live hour and a half away, just go to Sam’s Club. Saw my card charged Feb 16 at 630am on Monday for a car wash. I wasn’t in San Antonio today I was at work hour and a half away. I put fraud on cc and locked my cc. I never signed up for anything. I feel like I got taken average of because I could reach the machine and there was cars behind me.

I’ve been a member of this car wash for about 6 months now, and unfortunately, almost every time I visit this location, there’s something wrong. Sometimes they’re out of towels, and other times one or more machines are down. Today, they claimed everything was working properly, but the shampoo was extremely diluted, the blower wasn’t operating at full speed, and the staff’s attitude was disappointing. There were two entrances open with three to four employees standing at the front. When I informed Jack (one of the employees) that the dryer wasn’t blowing at full speed, he responded by saying, “That’s why we have towels,” which came across as dismissive and disrespectful. There was zero customer service. I even went inside to the office to raise a complaint, and the experience there was no better. In contrast, I’ve visited the Huebner Rd location, and the service there is outstanding. The employees proactively start with a bug wash and ensure everything is functioning properly before sending the car through. The difference in service between the two locations is significant. I hope management addresses these issues, as consistency and customer service are important - especially for paying members.
