My car was not clean well inside or out and they said my keys were in my console so I drive off get to the store across town turn my car off reach for my keys not there it was a true blessing that my car started back up. I had to drive all the way back across town. $33 not well spent. they were nice and all but I was not pleased with the services

I got the deluxe in and out, when they was done, my rims was still dirty, the front grille dirty, mirrors and windows were horrible, I had to go home and redo them! The best service were the two guys that worked on the inside. They did a great job!

Very nice people to speak with. Nice Christian music playing. Clean environment. However, I was extremely disappointed with the detail cleaning. Initially, I had been quoted $130.00 and when I came in, it was $150.00? They also told me that it would be ready in two hours and it actually took four hours. And I tipped them twice! When I received my car, the entire passenger side had hardly been cleaned, wiped, washed and vacuumed!! All of the windows and windshield were smudgy and streaky and appeared to have been washed with dirty towels! I showed the attendants the condition of the interior, windows and dash; and they immediately attempted to correct the problems. They tried to make it better; but, it really was not satisfactory. Approximately, 7-10 days later, I contacted the owner and expressed my discontentment. He told me to bring my car back and that they would re-clean it. I took it in and it looked the same, when I got it back. They had just wiped off and shined my dash and wet the outside of my car! My windows and windshield had not been cleaned and were still streaked and smudged??? At this point, I did not say anything and I left, knowing that I would never return nor recommend them to anyone.

Really too much don’t like them. They don’t do a good job at wiping things down cleaning your windows and they also don’t do rain checks when they know it’s gonna rain. I have to ask the guys three or four times to wipe my windows and my inside consoles.

Workers are friendly and fast. Love that they sell hot food often and that they blast gospel music. Always take great care of my car and service is top tier. Be patient when you go. Line is likely long, but they move swiftly.
