I am blown away by the incredible service I received. From start to finish, Mel was not only professional but also communicative, making sure I knew exactly when he would arrive and keeping me updated every step of the way. Today I had my 2023 Cadillac CT5 washed and detailed by Mel with “Get Sponged” and WOW. He did an amazing job! He cleaned the inside so meticulously. No surface untouched, the carpet was deep cleaned, the windows spotless! The exterior shines like new! He even got out the scratches, by the door handles, from my ring! My car looks showroom new!! Absolutely Amazing!! Mell is responsive, he checks in prior to your appt, he was on time (and it was a drive) both of our pickups came out beautifully and we had just moved 1600 miles across country with a dog in each vehicle if you can even imagine, and our dogs loved him!!
