Horrible. Walked in and the line was wrapped around to the back of the store with 1 cashier. 9/10 times this is what I see when I walk in for something “quick” to grab. The absolute worst gas station.

Only gave one star because I have to. Durning dinner rush only one person working. Really?? It was a long wait time and my food was made wrong which added to my wait. Over 30 minutes for a veggie sub and fries. SMH. Never again..

Don't waste your money with this car wash! Think I have gone through 1 time left happy. Overpriced, dirty water, never cleans the entire vehicle and usually is out of soap.

I will never wash my car there again!!! Paid 12.00 and when I got home--my car was a total mess! Shame on me for not looking at the car before I left. The rinse did not RINSE off. It was a total mess. $12.00 down the drain!!

Fantastic. 4 Diesel pumps. Best coffee station I've seen in a gas station. they have real creamers and half-n-half in a counter-top cooler... feels like making a cup of coffee at home... just brings a tear to my eyes as I start the work day each day... haha... jk... but it is really nice

Not the biggest get go but nothing different from the others although their selection of organic snacks was a but disappointed. The bathroom was clean and, while there was a line at checkout, no one was at the self checkout so it was quick.

I like this get go alot. Unless its real busy I can be in and out pretty quick. Pretty much has everything you need. Tobacco, carwash, Redbox, alcohol ect... The employees are usually nice. They do have a high turnover rate for management and workers except for the 2 morning girls.

My truck was damaged by theur car wash on January 30, 2023. No water pressure and the brush scratched up my paint and tonneau cover. I get a letter from Allison stating that they will pay for the damages. When I call to speak with her she states they will only fix the hood and nothing else. Wetgo has a history of damaging vehicles and then Allison always claims that their car wash is not capable of damaging vehicles and then refuses to pay for the damages or tries to pay less than what the damage is. Contacting attorney and they will be held fully responsible damaging my vehicle.

Good and bad. They installed a second air pump, which is a lifesaver! Thanks! The car wash needs improvement. The wash is enough to get rid of salt buildup, but every time I've gotten one, the rinse isn't enough to wash off the soap. Not sure dried soap on my car is that much better than the salt!

Paid for unlimited car wash deal. Well it’s not unlimited if it’s not open everyday. Multiple times it has been closed for the day. Today 2:30pm closed. Wanted to wash my car before the snow. Well guess I will be paying somewhere else to have that done.

At the pumps I'm VERY disappointed with the new credit card scanners holding your cards! Imagine all the germs getting deposited on your card each time you insert and leave it in. Also the tap to pay has never worked! Inside is a little different story. The mto staff that have worked there a long time are awesome! The checkout needs to be redesigned, That whole part needs to flow better. It's rather confusing and irritating if there are lots of people. The one good thing is they allow a self checkout at the far left side of the counter.

I go here about 4 times a week on my way to work to grab a drink and sandwich. About 50% of the time my food is correct. I've noticed that its always messed up when the dark haired, backwards hat guy is making the food. Its either on the wrong bread or missing items on it. Today it was both of those. This is the last time I will be getting made to order food here. It was so convenient because its in a great location for me but ill wake up earlier to go to sheets

So I had this review and it stuck for 4 years as a 5 star spot. The food was made quickly rather quality for what it is. Recently every single thing possible is wrong. Order a 24oz Latte get handed 20oz. Order a buff chicken hoagie on everything bread with nashville hot sauce. Guess what put on regular bread and no sauce put on it at all. When I asked the guy why he handed it to me with no sauce when I heard him mention around the corner that they were out of "nashville", he just shrugged. The big miserable girl there with dark hair I won't even attempt to order anything when she is working. I live literally in eyesight and at this point it's seemingly not worth going there any longer. I pretty much never complain but, when someone orders something and there is nobody else in the ENTIRE Lobby... if they are out of something you ordered maybe just maybe say.. "Hey brother man, were out of that what would you like instead." Won't be giving them my money anymore unfortunately, I'd rather go elsewhere than have to go through the hurdles of trying to ensure I get what I ordered. Something like 4 of the last 7 times ive ordered there it was wrong. Just slightly wrong but, still wrong consistently.

The fact that they have consistently made my orders wrong over the last 4 times I have gone here, along with the food being horribly made, gives warrant to this rating. The issues seem to be from recent employees being hired there as this was not an issue for prior years. Giant eagle should be avoided from the start, but if you decide to get food here, I would reccomend going elsewhere.

The service is friendly enough but the positives end there. The MTO is something I try every so often. The burgers used to be decent before they must have changed vendors. The quality is abysmal now. Don’t let hunger fool you into trying it.
