I only went in for a couple of items after getting gasoline. I would have put five stars but I had to stand in line for about 10 minutes. They should have called up another person to help it register. Having said this the store was relatively clean.

This is the second time in a weeks time. I have gone to use the car wash before 8 PM and it has been closed. They promote unlimited washes but yet it’s never open when you try to go and use it. This time and excepted my unlimited scan, and when I went to pull up there was a cone in front of where you would pull in. So I had to reverse out in order to leave because I was stuck because they have gates that go up and down.

The car wash does a pretty bad job (pictures) and someone tried to upsell me a monthly carwash plan at the code entry station while typing the code in for me. Thinking back, not sure if he worked there or not. Was going to give 1 star but I’m giving 2 because of the go getter attitude at the kiosk. Edit: I did I not subscribe.

Brad and Brett the guys cooking are AMAZING. They make all of our orders. Very nice and helpful. I don't want anyone else to make our salads . Please make sure they are recognized for their wonderful customer service.

The subs have been terrible for some time now. They are mostly bread with very little filling. Before COVID they were awesome. Also, I don’t know what happened to their seasonal coffees. They used to have Pistachio, Chocolate Cherry and Maple Pecan but I haven’t seen them for several years now. Very disappointed!!

Stopped to grab lunch for me and my son today and to fill up the gas tank. I ordered a wrap and a half a sub. Paid the bill, and proceeded to wait 25 minutes for my food. Watching the girl making the food rubbing her nose touching her face with gloves on then touching my food repeatedly. Do they not give drug tests for get gos cause I 99.9% sure she was falling asleep between toppings on my 15 min wrap she was making!! Only reason I'm giving a 2 star is the lady behind the counter gave me refund and was nice! Get your ship together getgo

Stopped in the Shaler GetGo on Route 8 to quickly grab a sandwich for dinner after work. First item I click on the order terminal, out of stock. Second item I click on order terminal, out of stock. Really? Why do you even advertise that you serve food if you are out of everything (chicken & fish sandwiches)? This location always has long lines to check out, frequently misses items in orders, and the food almost always looks sloppy when you get it. GetGo shops have been going down hill for years in the area, this location in particular. I'd suggest paying your employees more so you guys have people who are somewhat invested and maybe have some food on hand to sell. I only left this review because I had 14 minutes to wait until my Sheetz order was ready right down the road. Not good, Eagle. Not good.

Sitting here in front of the car wash for 10 minutes now, having already paid $10 for the wash and there is just no attendee to be found. It’s not an automated car wash either. The food inside is sometimes good, depending on who prepares it. There is a huge range of quality of how your food is put together depending on who is working the kitchen. There is an older woman who just does a fantastic job, but then there’s a handful of young kids that could care less.

Usually not very busy. Offer car wash and free digital tire compressor for use. Smaller than other GetGo locations though so there is a smaller selection of snacks and drinks inside. The cash registers are setup weird in a little island shape. You never know which one to go to because the employees are rarely standing at a register but the employees are usually very nice. They recently installed 2 self checkouts too which is nice.

I was just asked to leave because the couldn’t make any food which in and of itself is not an issue. What I do have an issue with is the people who came in at the same time to also order food and they continued to fill these orders. Wonder why I was singled out.

Came here hungover at 7:30am on a Sunday (10/27) and there was only one person cooking mto and she was slammed with orders but despite this she had a smile on her face and a great attitude. Thank you for curing my hangover and for your excellent customer service 😄

Do not use the car wash. When it first opened it was great. Now it's 18 and does not do the job. My car is wet and still dirty. Very disappointed.

Order a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese all I got was an extra cheese pizza and this isn't the first time that it's been Sub par Service sometimes they forget pickles they forget to put ketchup in the thing they forget to put ranch dressing in your bag even though you pay extra for it. Most likely of us are blue collar people trying to grab a quick bite to eat before we got to go back to the job so typically we don't get the check as soon as we get our food we just hurry up go back to our vehicles and rush on back to the job so we can sit down and try to eat something and then when it's not right it's so freaking aggravating

I’m in the area almost every Friday and drop by this GetGo location for lunch. They always do a great job - even at busy times. Other GetGos I’ve been to, the food has felt thrown together and rushed. However, I’m always pleased with the quality of my food at this location. The employees are also friendly and the location is clean. Thanks to the team for all your hard work!!!

The food is good. But this is the third or fourth time i've stopped there and the bathrooms have been absolutely disgusting. Broken toilet paper holder, they just have the roll sitting on the dirty floor. And it smells like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. At this point, I'll just drive down the road in the sheetz

Since I shop at Giant Eagle I generally get a discount on gas when I fill up at GetGo. The fuel perks certainly make a difference. The store is well stocked, and has a grill from which one can order a variety of meals. Unfortunately they stopped making grilled cheese sandwiches which were my favorite. There is also a Giant Eagle store conveniently located across the street from this GetGo.
