Abe was amazing and took great care of me. My car broke down and I forgot to cancel my membership for a few months. When I let him know, he gave me a gift card to cover the washes I missed. Definitely getting another membership once I get a new car.

I signed up for the membership and first time coming here was okay. Second time I got a small scratch but nothing big that I was going to be making a big deal about it, I thought it happens in drive thru car washes. This time around my car got really damage and Abe came and looked at my car and stated nope, somebody hit me, there's no way his machines do that, that he knows his machines. He told me, go again in the drive thru and no damage will come up. I went through just to prove to him that some damage does and can happen. I went through, and unfortunately AGAIN, I showed him a NEW scratch that happen right after I went through, my car still wet. And he stilll tried to say no that didn't happen, even when he walked around my car beforehand with no scratch being there. Abe started raising his voice so other customers can hear "that didn't happen here!" Very unprofessional and rude. Beware.

When I first came to Genie Car Wash, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service I received from Annalisa. I’ve lived in the area for a while and always drove past this location, but one day on my way to work I decided to finally give it a try — and I’m so glad I did! Annalisa was incredibly friendly and thorough. She explained the promotion they had going on and honestly had me sold — I said, “Take my money!” 🙌 She walked me through everything step by step, explained the perks and benefits, and made the whole experience super easy. I love that they provide towels to wipe your car down and fresh air fresheners every single visit. (Not every car wash does that — and sometimes you just want your car to smell nice!) Every time I come back, Annalisa is there with a smile and a great attitude. She truly makes the experience enjoyable. The rest of the staff has also been great — I haven’t had a single bad experience here. If your reading this, and deciding if you should go you better ask for her. And to her management you guys need to give this girl a raise and a promotion.

I had a horrible experience with Car Wash Genie. They charged my card $29.99 for two months without my authorization, even though I had only agreed to a one-time promotional wash under $10 — and I specifically rejected any ongoing promotion. This feels deceptive and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I also noticed that their wash equipment may actually be scratching cars, which raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of their service. Between unauthorized charges and potential damage to vehicles, I would strongly warn anyone to stay away from Car Wash Genie.

ZERO STARS My wife was SCAMMED and was enrolled in automatic payments without her consent. We emailed them to cancel it but they claim to not be able to locate our card info but they sure can locate it to continue charging us. AVOID this place. There are other better spots nearby.

This is a great do it yourself after the car wash. I had the monthly plan for a year and this year, I decided just to pay it all upfront because that’s the best deal with an unlimited annual pass. Never a long wait to get the car washed, the stalls and rags are always in good supply, they never run low. plenty of parking spots for your car after it’s been washed. Vacuums always have worked with no problems and have good suction. The employees are generally very friendly.. even even if I don’t have time to dry the car, it’s nice just To be able to go into the car wash, get the gram dust and residue off and get back on the road.

This used to be my go to spot when it first opened, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Here’s the spark notes: - WAY too expensive ($18 for a regular wash) - Unbelievably pushy salesmen that literally cannot be escaped - Mediocre car washes that leave my car still dirty and wet. - Provided towels are always wet and dirty. And trash cans are always full of overflowing - Sometimes vacuums don’t work very well The full version: The main reason I won’t be coming back is that it has just become incredibly expensive. My last wash there was $18!!! Maybe I’m old fashioned, but to me these types of slap n’ scratch car washes shouldn’t cost any more than $10 a wash. The second reason is that they have incredibly pushy salesmen trying to sell you on their monthly subscription. You literally cannot escape these guys. This last time I got through the menu and was about to pay before the salesman got to me and he was visibly upset he didn’t get to me in time. He yanked my credit card out of my hand to pay for the wash and didn’t say a word to me. I’m perfectly capable of pushing the buttons myself and paying. It’s actually a pretty easy system to use but the salesmen make sure you never even get the chance to touch it!! These guys alone really discourage me from going here. And finally the car washes themselves are just mediocre. Feels like they’ve turned the wash tunnel up to 11 to get cars through as fast as possible. My car always still comes out dirty. And when you get to the vacuum station, they do provide towels for you to use which is nice, not many places do that. But you might as well not have them because they’re ALWAYS soaking wet and still have sticks and leaves stuck to them. Pretty sure all they do to qualify them as “clean” is fold them back up. The one pro of this place is their air fresheners smell nice! Other than that I would skip this place. I won’t be back

Analisa in customer service was honest,helpful and very professional when explaining the month to month subscription and helped me on every question I had. She truly deserves a 5 star review Unfortunately can’t say the same to the person who actually sold me out on the subscription even after I asked repeatedly if the subscription was good for multiple cars she continued to say as long as I tried to pay with the same card on file it should be included (not true at all) And doesn’t stop there after that I called to “cancel” and it was partially my fault for not getting a confirmation# but I believed him so I never really checked my bank statements until 3 months after I was still paying a ridiculous amount. Thank you Analisa for all your help! And for mentioning the yearly subscription and the offers I’m able to get !

This is an easy recommendation. Good pricing. Extremely clean environment. Attentive attendants that actively engage customers. Such as to help find a vacuum bay and help people get in and out. Very clean. Plenty of towels. Premoistened to make it easier to wipe things up and dry your car. Really an amazing example of how a car wash should be run.
