$14 for a car wash ( basic is $12). I thought they would at least wipe my rims clean and any smudges on the windows the drive thru wash missed but they did nothing. Still confused what’s the difference between the basic wash and what I paid for ??

It was great fun. My dog was very interested in the beginning. He had some fear of the rollers, and he jumped in my lap. He was trembling and watching with big 👀 's. A freshly washed vehicle is nice 👌. It was quick and I am very pleased with how they made a good cleaning of my wheels and the lower edges around the entire vehicle. There's a few different types of services available to purchase. If you just want a wash or if you want more of a detailed service. Check it out!

Very inconvenient location. Very little space for those who want to wash their car. You have to pay separately for the vacuum cleaner. They charged my card $10 for the 2 minutes I spent vacuuming the car, then I had to pay separately to wash the car. My car was damaged during the wash, a plastic clip flew off. When I left the car wash, I told the car wash attendant about it, to which he did not react at all, only told me to move because the car behind me had nowhere to move. I will never visit this car wash again.

Excellent job paid $20.00 ~ I had just gone through the Quick Quack car wash and the workers at General were shocked at how bad my car looked 😳 my car was very dirty after going thru the other car wash 😳 Now it is clean!!! Very Happy 😊 sad I didn't take before and after pictures.

Have used the automatic wash many times just used the self serve wash for the first time and loved it. Called in to have a question answered about the charge and the guy who answered the phone was extremely helpful and cordial. The self serve car wash here also has more options then Brown Bear.

If you're from Southern California, you might have missed the kind of car wash where staff dries your car after - the standard down there. They do this here with the top tier wash available! The only part missing is the interior vacuum. You are still on your own for that. If you buy several at a time, you'll get a discount. They will pump your gas for you, and the prices are pretty much what you'd find at other gas stations. Staff has been great every time. I'm happy to keep coming back here for my car wash needs.

Great self serve location with vending machines full of car care items and goodies. But bring quarters! 25 cents to start to vacuum your car but only takes quarters & machine to get quarters won't take a bill with a wrinkle... Big waste of time for me trying to get the machine to work! Good vacuum after going elsewhere for quarters. Paid $1.50 for 3 minutes to do a quick vac of a VW GTI, 4 door car, didn't do the trunk. Recommended.

Recently, I went to get my gas filled up at General Car Wash, but when I pulled up they had literally just closed by a minute or two, but the owner still said that he could fill my tank which was so nice of him. It was a rainy day and so I particularly loved going here so that I didn’t even have to get out of my car since they pump the gas for you which I think is the coolest. What I really love about this business is how truly kind the owner, Ben, and his employees are! Now, on this day right as I was leaving, I noticed Ben waving down a person whose bike tire was flat. Without hesitation, he walked the bike rider (or rather, bike “walker”) over to his detailing garage door to open it so that he could put air in the tire. It really is often the little things in life that mean the most, right? This act of kindness made me smile and my heart happy. Thanks for being a humble and genuine human, Ben! You’re awesome! :)

I've been taking my cars here for years. Always been happy. I always pay for the top wash with wipe down and tire shine. As of the last few car washes it seems the quality has really gone down hill. I always ask for an extra $5 cash for the tip on top of the charge to tip at the wipedown station. Today the guy at the cash register kept it. Had to ask for it back. Not sure if he thought it was for him ringing me up or not but I was confused. My car wasn't that dirty but so many missed spots I had to wipe the whole car down when I got home. Wheels were awful and tire shine wash missing. If I'm doing that much work at home I might as well just do it all from now on. Pictures don't show well but 1 is after I cleaned and tire shined myself.

It's where we go to get our car washed. The young guys that run this place are outstanding in service and always go out of their way. It feels like a great spot for these teens and young guys that need a job while they're in school. Along with getting gas and they pump it for you. Like the good old days
