I have been three times and every time I go I almost wreck into the car in front of me because they pack you in so close to the car ahead of you. If the car in front of you hesitates at the end of the wash , you WILL hit the car in front of you because you are on the conveyor. Someone should be at the end of the wash making sure cars put it back in gear and get moving or you will be forced into them by the belt. Bad design. Won’t be back. I laid on my horn repetitively and no one would stop the belt. Scared my family.

Loved my experience here! Everything u need to detail ur own car! The car wash was good, but don’t expect it to get all of the dirt off unless u bug prep first! Every car wash is the same so don’t hassle them about it. The sweetest people in Gainesville! A spot for bug prep, vacuum, wash ur mats, blow out the dirt in the crevices, powerful vacuum! I sucked up a bag on accident and the guy came right over to fix it! No issues! Definitely recommend!

Incredibly rude customer service. Been going here for 4 years. Went out of sequence and went to the vacuum today first because I had ants in my car and didn’t want to sit there in the ants while in the drive through. Workers came up to me and told me I needed to go through the car wash first to which I told them I 100% will go through the car wash but need to vacuum and clean the ants out first. He said that’s totally okay and then came back 5 minutes later and said the owner who’s watching me on the cameras said I’m trespassing and he is going to call the police if I don’t go through the car wash immediately. All the workers were okay with it except for the owner, who never came out and spoke to me directly. I’m stunned by their customer service and left crying. I’ll never go back here

They damaged my windshield and denied it. Whatever hit my windshield also hit the hood, damaging the paint. Again, they denied it and I find that fraudulent and on par with theft. Avoid this place if you care about your property.

My car always ends up looking like it's been freshly detailed when I'm done at Gallo. Always top notch customer service. The attendents are always friendly and helpful. I needed help with my account and Shari at the back office was passionate about her son Nick's business, how they only use top of the line sponge material that is rinsed constantly and cleaned every night so it doesn't use swirls, and have their soaps and waxes tested weekly to make sure they're at full strength. No wonder my car looks so good!

Great experience washing my car here. They had clean cloths and changed them constantly - you can use them to wipe the inside of your car. The vacuums were great and high powered. Pretty great and away from big time traffic which makes it feel easier to get to. You have extra hoses with soapy water,and you have holders that you can hold your car mats and clean them.

I had never realized you had to pay for the vacuums beforehand, I was planning on getting my car washed until a young lady came up and very condescendingly and rudely snapped that I had to get my car washed first. When I replied ok I was sorry I didn’t know she replied in a very snarky tone there was a sign ,, that I didn’t see against the morning suns glare . (I was also more focused on driving watching for pedestrians and other cars leaving the wash it’s an odd parking lot , but makes sense now knowing to pay before using the free vacuums) I may have still gone if she hadn’t approached me like I wasn’t a paying repeat customer . I had only been twice but would rather be approached by someone who is friendly rather then condescending

Last week was my first time going to Gallo Car Wash. There were a lot of cars getting a car wash at the time of my visit but the 2 lines to go through the car wash moved very quickly. The bug wash station and vacuum station were self serve and included in the price (I got the $18 wash). Being disabled, I couldn't do the bug wash so I received help from an office staff member, Neila, who scrubbed the front bumper of my car. She would have helped me with the vacuum but the place was just too busy at that time for her to leave the office. All-in-all I was very impressed with the service and I will be a return customer!

Gallo is the best car wash I’ve ever been to. Everyone is friendly and it’s affordable. The vacuums have strong suction, the lot is always clean, the wash on my car always comes out nice, and there’s BUBBLES!! 🫧🫧🫧🫧 the bubbles are my favorite part.

I have one thing to say being from out of town. This is the best car wash I ever been to. Nice clean wash, they give you clean towels to finish it off. Vacuuming and even extra water spray to get the details. The price was reasonable. Staff friendly. Lucky people in Gainesville

Place is good for a large spot wash.$30 for the "best" wash is overpriced for sure. Not worth more than 20. Had spots all over. Even the ghetto wash on 13th don't leave spots. Pictures are from today 12/27/24. I spent the extra time to get the spots It missed. Thankfully they give you the rags to get those spots I guess.😅

My boyfriend and I came here while we were in Gainesville visiting family. His truck had a light coating of road salt from up north and some rain spotting and dirt from driving it 1500 miles across the country. He paid for the 24 mid-range wash, expecting a clean truck for the price. The truck looked worse than it did before we came in, there was as water spotting everywhere, the tires and rims (which we paid to get cleaned) were disgusting, and the entire thing was half-assed. I could’ve done a better job with a garden hose, and they used “pressure washers” the employees here need to learn how to not be so lazy, and actually do the job that customers are paying them a ton for.

I come here all the time because the unlimited wash is definitely worth your money. You only pay 24 a month for everything. They’re super clean and thorough about restocking the microfiber towels and vacuums are really powerful. Definitely the best car wash I’ve ever been to.

Not the greatest wash as your vehicle does not get cleaned as much as other car washes such as Park Place wash off Newberry and Tower rd . There are not any floor mat cleaners here either . As you can see from the pics after the wash I was able to write the work dirty on the back of my truck and the front still had lots of bug debris .

Casey is absolutely great! He was the main reason we decided to join the membership program. The staff is always helpful, the place is spotless, and the whole operation runs smoothly. I even added my work truck to the monthly car wash membership. Love the powerful vacuums and how convenient it is to wipe down the interior right there on-site. We highly recommend Gallo to everyone!

I took my son’s new truck to this place for the first time, foolishly I paid for the top wash with ceramic. The truck came out horrible. Spotted up and a lot of areas not even touched. This is honestly the WORST paid (over priced) carwash I have ever had. I’ve gotten much much better and cheaper washes at the gas station across the street from Oak Hall! DO NOT waste your money at this place! No hitch, nothing modified all factory!
