The team that was here to install our two TVs Internet and Sonos we’re very knowledgeable and did a good job; however, my TCL Roku TV did not have a remote so they instructed me to order a remote on Amazon turn it on and follow the instructions on the TV. The remote did not turn on the tv. I called asking for assistance and they said we’re sorry but we’re three weeks out on scheduling we can’t get there and I said well can somebody help me over the phone? Lance tried but failed and I said all right go ahead and schedule me and I said how much is that gonna be said $195 and then thereafter I think it was I can’t remember how much an hour which is ridiculous cause we spent over $6000 and I can’t believe they can’t pop on in they could probably figure out in 10 minutes. Anyway, I’m very dissatisfied.★☆☆☆☆ 3 weeks ago

Rick was incredible. We moved into our home three years ago and have struggled to get the existing home audio system to work. Several technicians from other companies have come out and been unsuccessful at setting up the system. Some quoted thousands of dollars to repair or replace. Within an hour Rick had our system fully functional and he identified a work around that prevented us from having to spend hundreds of dollars on new hardware. THERE’S A WORD IN TECH SPEAK…KLUDGE! THAT’S HOW I WOULD DESCRIBE FUSION. AFTER 2 YEARS AND COUNTLESS CALLS TO THEIR SUPPORT TEAM, MY A/V SYSTEM IS NOT STABLE!
