There is no rewash policy if it rains within 24 hours of a wash. Went to get my car washed yesterday, no rain in the forecast, and then we got hit by a freak dust storm. I called to ask if they would let me do a free re-wash at the basic level and the customer rep told me it’s not possible. Down the street there is a gas station that offers a free rewash policy so I think I’ll go there instead.

The attendant did not direct me properly and stop me from entering the wash while my rim was getting close to the edge. There is no way to see. You have to depend on them to direct you or stop you if you are not over far enough. Do not come here. The attendants cannot be trusted. Their policy is “no fault”. They will not pay for a repair.

Don’t waste your money.— washes are terrible and so overpriced plus their vacuums are useless— the end is too big to get into the small crevices around the car.

Basic car wash...basic price. Prewash area is available to scrub your tires and any other extra dirty areas you want to ensure come off...self serve. Then you pay for your wash and go through. Vacuums are free but state limited to 5 minutes. I didn't need more time but they don't seem to be monitoring it that close either.

I paid so much money for them the clean the inside of my car and they completely damaged the inside of my car. And when I went back the next day because I did not notice it. They did not take responsibility and said it was there before. It was not. This truck is brand new with less then 3000 miles on it. And I never had anything or anyone in my back seats.

I brought in my 2022 Ford pickup after it had seen its fair share of farm life and dog hair—thanks to my loyal hunting dog. The truck was dusty, dirty, and packed with embedded dog hair after two years. I called Ben Fuller up and he told me to trust him and he absolutely came through. The team at Fuller Car Wash in Westmont went above and beyond. Every inch of the truck—inside and out—was spotless when I picked it up. I couldn’t believe how fresh and clean it looked. The interior detailing was especially impressive; they somehow managed to remove all the dog hair from the seats and carpets, and even the hard-to-reach spots were spotless. The exterior shine was showroom-level in mint condition. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a serious clean, especially if your vehicle has been through some rough use. I’ll definitely be back!

So I go in, even drop a buck for tip. But when I drive in and ask if they can just spray the back window (since I always have dirt left) the answer is no. Ok well plenty of car washes in the area.

I’m disappointed in the service/detailing that I last received. It’s hard to stomach paying as much as it is to have a “detailing” that is basically a $10 with gas purchase level cleaning. My headliner/cup holders are still dirty - no crevasses got any attention. Unfortunate- doesn’t live up to the standard that I expect from Fullers

MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR WHEELS AFTER USING THIS CARWASH! I just took delivery of a new car and since this location was on my way home from work the monthly pass seemed like a good idea to keep my car clean and shinny. This past Monday (09/20/2021) when I got home after taking my car to the car wash I noticed that my front left wheel (the one that goes on the track) had damage. My car had loess than 1k miles at the time and most of the driving was done between work (parked in the lot with no curbs on both sides) and home (parked inside my garage, no curbs), so I could not pinpoint where this damage could have happened. On Thursday(09/23/2021) I took my car to the car wash again and upon getting home I noticed new damage done to the same tire. At this point this could not be just coincidence. I wrote a message on their website and got a response the very next morning by Ben Fuller, he was quick to dismiss my claim saying that the damage could have happened by hitting a curb and that they never had any complaints before (big lie as we can see by all the negative reviews here). I replied to the email providing pictures of the damage as well as data that could prove beyond doubt that I was at their car wash and reported the damage as soon as I got home, I was very accommodating on how we could solve the issue, even suggesting to use their in house wheel repair if they had one in order to minimize the cost for them. I contacted Ben again this morning (09/27/2021) to request a follow up from my previous email only to have him dismiss me completely claiming once again that no one else complained about this issue before and insinuating that I could have hit road debris (that’s some precise debris since there’s no damage anywhere else in the car but the front left wheel). Funny enough there’s no new damage on my car, it’s almost as if road debris and curbs are now avoiding my car. Avoid this place at all cost! UPDATE: Went to Delta Sonic down the street today to get my car washed and I think it must have been some sort of a miracle but when I got home not only my car was sparkling clean there where no curb rashes on my wheels!! Now I have a new place to recommend while telling everyone I know to avoid Fullers like the plague!

We have been using this location for years with no issues. Last month we noticed rim damage (similar to other reviews/photos). I did not say anything as it was only an assumption that it was from the car wash. We returned today and gained additional damage to the rim similar to last time. I called them to inquire if other customers have had issues. They denied any wrongdoing, blamed my driving and stated that they do not accept any responsibility for damage…go at your own risk.

OVERPRICED! Brought my girl in to get detailed in/out plus waxed. I skipped the wax after I was told it would be $349. Paid $210( plus $25 tip) just to get inside done. Manuel did an AMAZING job, left my girl sparkly clean, Thank you Manuel! However, At Delta Sonic I paid $224 January to get the inside AND out done, that's a big difference. ONLY reason I didn't take it there is because their detail shop is closed due to construction. I won't be back for any detailing here, your prices are extremely high.

I've been a customer with a monthly pass for the last 15 years and have had nothing but a great experience. Last week while going through the wash with my teenage daughter we heard a crack on the windshield from the first brush. Immediately afterwards we saw a crack in the windshield. We informed the staff the day of the incident and were told the manager with access to cameras was not on premises. Less than a week later, I returned to review the camera footage with the manager and it clearly shows an undamaged windshield upon entering the wash. The manager then informs Ben Fuller, the owner, of the situation. Mr. Fuller inspects the windshield, tried to convince my the crack was already there and denies any responsibility for the damage done to my SUV and tells me to call the police. I guess 15 years of loyalty means nothing to the Fuller family. I'll be taking my business and my 4 cars down the street to the Delta Sonic going forward.

****AVOID THIS PLACE***** I took my Mercedes for a car wash and a detail to my interior of the car and let me tell you the damage that they created to my car. They must have used a chemical not glass cleaner to my windows that ate up my tints. So now I need to get all new tints in my car. Also, they sprayed something in my speakers that damaged my front speakers. I talked to the manager Miguel Rodriguez, and he told me to speak to the owner Benjamin Fuller the next day. I showed up in the morning like Mr. Rodriguez told me to, and good old Ben didn't even show up. Mr. Rodriguez called Ben FulIer and Ben flat out said to tell me that they are not responsible for my car damage. I told Mr. Rodriguez that I was not leaving until he calls him back to set up an appointment with me to see my car damage. Mr. Rodriguez was scarred to do that; geez I wonder why. I figured this guy was going to blow me off so I called a different location and the receptionist promised she would get a hold of him and have him call me. Which he did and asked to see the car the next day. I brought my car showed him the damage and he said the tints are old and they are peeling off. Oh, please Ben my car is only a few years old. That crap did not fly with me. Then he insisted that the speaker was not damaged when you can hear that it was. Obviously, he took no responsibility of the damages which I knew that was going to happen with this shady person, so I am taking further action and also filing a complaint with the BBB. I did ask for my $180 back and he said he will not give it back bc the service was done. Really Ben you think that is called great customer service. Please avoid this place if you do not want any damage to your car done. Also, avoid all their locations. Do not give them any business. Please go down the street to Sonic. Best car wash and detail done to my car. Also, they are so much cheaper than this place which is a rip off.

I’ll give them two stars because the customer service was actually pretty great. And I say this because their receptionist was kind. The actual service done on my car was not that great. I paid over $70 for a full service plus tipand had my mats washed. This was my first time there and I will not be returning. For the amount that I paid I was expecting a lot more. I didn’t just go through a car wash that is $10. The cost was definitely overpriced for the service received. Please refer to photos.
