Purchased their Ultimate wash. Was not impressed. The vehicle was still dirty and covered in water spots when I left. I dried my windows when I got home, and the amount of dirt still on them was ridiculous (pictured). Even my tires were still dirty. Not worth the $22

Got the $8 wash and I was pleased. I just hate that I lost my magnets that were on my car, because I forgot to take them off. The free sweepers work really well. UDATE: I got one of my magnets back, thank you!

Clean as a whistle. It would be nice to have a cart with window spray and rags as Mod Wash provides !

$8 for a basic wash. You can upgrade and get more services. The wash is quick and works well.

This review is for the business owner. I came by today to try the new wash and assess whether I wanted to sign up for a wash pass for both of our vehicles. I was driving a loaner and thought it would be a good chance to determine if the track might harm the wheels of my lower profile tires. Before I could pay for the $8 wash, the female attendant came out to let me know that I could only go through if I paid for the $15 wash because for $8 there is no pre-spray included. Huh? The loaner had a little bit of snow on the hood but not much. So I asked if I could JUST get a spray since really all I wanted was to try the wash. Nope. $15 or see ya later. I opted to leave. Hopefully with a bit more training this won't happen to future customers. Word of advice: Opt to spray off the snow during the winter months. You're a new business and charging almost double the wash right down the road... which does a fine job and allows you to use their wash even if you have some snow flakes on the hood. Update: Thanks for the quick reply. I've attached a photo of the "covered in snow" vehicle. My review was to let you know that it might be costing you business to not support vehicles with snow... in an area that receives snow. I pay $9 per wash down the road regardless of snow cover which I've never had but with the loaner it wasn't really my choice. Compared to $15 for a one time trial, I thought "almost double" was a fair summary but maybe it wasn't. Thanks again for the quick reply but doesn't sound like you're excited about earning new business. I'll go down the road.

Great car wash! Best of its type in Stark County! Unlimited monthly packages, entry month 9.99 for the top tier package, then it automatically bills 35$ a month reoccurring charge, the following month. Surprisingly, standard rates considering it’s the only car wash of this type, style, or caliber around! 1st wash was in a Ford Edge, very dirty, but not heavily caked or super muddy, and it came out sparkling! Plus, if you turn left as you exit the car wash bay, you’ll be in the complimentary area to clean the inside of your vehicle!! Free to use, really powerful, vacuums, space between each spot to work round the vehicle, and trash receptacles.

Honestly nervous to leave a review considering the arrogance in reply’s from this business I can tell it’s ran by a narcissist for sure! But I would recommend mod wash this place always leaves scratches 😳😮💨 then tells me they were already there

So, I will update this review in the event a plausible outcome is offered. The only remedy we’d be happy with is for our car to be repaired. My wife and I bought our Acura RDX new from Lindsay Acura in 2020. Froggy’s is the only car wash we’ve ever used. There were a few times I’ve used a touchless car wash prior to Froggy’s opening but the key word is “touchless.” I was there on Saturday and as soon as I returned home I figured I go clean the tires and rims because it was so nice out. Then I noticed significant scratching consistent with their rolling brush heads. The only logical conclusion is that the manner and directional pattern could have ONLY come from this car wash. For instance, the hood of our SUV has 2 peak points for the aesthetic design of the vehicle. Those brush heads, I would assume, are designed with pressure sensors. How is it possible that both peaks, 3 feet apart, have the same scratch patterns?? I had taken the car back to the wash as soon as I had noticed this. I drove to the location on Tusc because the person working the Everhard location seemed to be a high school kid that appeared irritated. The manager at the Tusc location suggested I did this by dragging the vacuum hose over the hood. Give me a break! These are gouges!! I’ve never even used their vacuums!! Moreover, there’s scratches on the hood over 20 inches in length. Unless I took our $40,000 car thru a forrest, this is not possible. Above both the driver and passenger windows, there is forward scratching in a manner consistent with rotating brush heads. There is NO other explanation to have both sides of the vehicle with the exact same type of damage. Lastly, do I think anything will happen as a result of this? I do not. To be fair, I just noticed this and this has probably happened slowly after each use. I would, however, be willing to get our banking records and recount each time and day we visited this wash to prove the obvious. Sadly, these types of issues will only be remedied by class action lawsuits. Even then, the consumer still gets screwed and the attorneys keep the money but at least others will be made aware. Take this for what it is and use logic and look at the damage. I’m open to how this is possible by anything else. My wife works from home and the car rarely leaves our property. I highly recommend other users do a before and after evaulation each time you use this car wash. This is our shocking realization and we will never return and there’s NO WAY we’re the only people this has happened to. Pay attention!!

First time and last trying this place out. Looked promising, went through the wash, came out the other side, went to sweep out the car, in which I pulled up very closely to give the vacuum hose more than enough reach. When I began to sweep the car, the entire hose came off the attachment, smashing onto my brand new car….Bad Froggy…, Lot was fairly dirty with debris, rocks, little trash, bought the $20 wash and received 20 other problems. Also, no rags at the vacuum stations either (lame). Only upside was the nice lady who selected which wash I wanted to purchase. Thanks for the scuff marks on the new ride & for taking my $20.

Froggys it’s a great! Efficient, thorough car wash every time, and my husband and I have never had a bad experience! My only suggestion is to let the self check out do its purpose. Every time I’m effortlessly checking out (not in need of help) a worker has to run over, stand there, and watch (as I’m sure their instructed to do). Appreciate that their accessible but sometimes feels over bearing

Over all gives a good car wash, however if your car is over 10yrs. Old beware! The car wash damaged our car, $180 we had to pay because our car is 12 yrs old. Cancelled membership twice now, was charged again twice. Left numerous messages on the second charge, had to go there after work, was refunded money it's still pending🫤

Car wash is fine only thing it is missing is rags to finish your car drying. Other than this it has vacuums so that is good.

This car wash has scammed me and charged my card monthly for a full year. I have never signed up for reoccurring washes, I have asked the manager 7 times to cancel and refund my money. They said there’s an error in their system and keep giving me the run around. It shouldn’t take 8 months to handle something so simple. Not one to leave a negative review, as this is my first one. But they have crossed the line of unprofessional and scamming customers.

Half the bugs were still on my car’s front after getting the ultimate wash, the car wash on Fulton does a better job and is brushless. Follow-Up: This car wash still doesn’t do anything about removing bugs from front of vehicle, or cleaning vehicle at all! After going into office, was told basically nothing they could do. Crap quality of product/service, with terrible customer service.

The best car wash I have ever been to! Cleans all my cars so well and I love the free vacuums. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Bonus that there’s multiple locations around town! Thanks Froggy’s! 🐸

The crew does a good job from beginning to end. They get rid of the nasty bugs. Tires are nice and clean. I have an older car and it looks very nice after the job is complete.

I am loving Froggy's so far! I purchased a monthly unlimited and I take my car almost every day! Absolutely worth every penny to maintain the investment of having a nice car. The new location will be right next to my hotel, so even better and more convenient!

Terrible experience! After my car wash I went home and realized the carwash broke my light fixture. I went back and they had me fill out paperwork for a claim and never got back to me. Would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

I explicitly asked for a touchless car wash, and the employee confirmed it would be selected. That did not happen. My vehicle was sent through a brush wash instead. When I came out, I immediately noticed scratches. The employee admitted he forgot to apply the touchless option, apologized, and completed a damage report with me on-site. For context, I had just purchased this vehicle and it had already been inspected, so I am fully aware of its prior condition. What’s most concerning is what happened next — after acknowledging the mistake in person, management completely deflected responsibility and responded as if their equipment could not have caused the damage. Let’s be clear: I requested a specific service, your employee failed to provide it, and now you’re refusing accountability. This is not just poor service — it’s negligence followed by avoidance. I will be pursuing this further and would strongly advise others to be cautious, especially if you care about your vehicle’s condition.
