Professionalism, friendliness, transparency and honesty are extremely important to us, especially in the case of entrusting someone with our vehicle. Excellent work on my 2015 Challenger that had a lot of scuffs and swirl marks from the automatic car wash. I highly recommend Fresh Details services as they did a great job for a reasonable price. Some before and after photos of the work done. The paint was really brought back to its original luster and the engine bay looks like the day I bought it.

Attention to details is what Doug is about. His reputation precedes him. My car was taken to him just off that. Never met Doug but from what a few close friends told me and checking out his page, I decided to have my car delivered to Fresh details and I have no regrets. My car hasn’t been washed since the warm week in December. Doug did an amazing job and didn’t miss a detail. The car was cleaner than when I had purchased it. My leather seats were perfectly conditioned. The personal service is more than worth it. My 10 year old had left lollipop sticks on the back seat and Doug was able to make it look like my backseat has barely been used. Doug’s attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I can not express how happy we are with Fresh Details. If you are looking for exterior and/or interior detailing in the Hudson valley, Fresh Details is the place to go. I bought the level 2 service as a gift for my husband. He’s had his car since 2016. The car had so much dirt, dust, etc. I’ve never seen it so clean! You would think it was brand new. From beginning to end, Doug sets the standard for auto detailing. I found him through a friend of mine who’s vehicle was dirtier than dirty. When I saw the magic Doug performed on the interior of his, I knew I had to have him clean the exterior mine as well. He was even able to fit me in before a vacation. I have never had a vehicle detailed before, and have always been pretty hesitant of spending the money on it when “I could just do it myself” HA.HA. Yea right- What Doug does to vehicles is literally perform miracles on them. I had some reoccurring black lines from dirt on my white paint that have always given me trouble coming off. Not a problem for Doug…He turned my Ford Transit camper van into a mirror…literally! His prices are fair and his work is top notch. Now that I have peeled the bandaid off, Fresh Details will be working on my other two vehicles AND my Harley when it’s ready for a wash. Doug is super friendly, explains everything fully and really does and great job, taking his care while cleaning your vehicle. Stop waiting and make the decision- Take it to Doug and Fresh details. As a surprise Mother’s Day gift my family had my Pilot detailed. It looks and smells amazing. We have a yellow lab that rides in the back and you would never know a dog has been near the car. Fresh Details transformed my car so it looks and feels like new. The leather seats are soft and supple. The floor mats have nos signs of wear or even use. The whole car looks factory new. A sizable amount of gasoline was spilled in the trunk of my SUV. I was desperate to get rid of the toxic fumes. I tried absorbing the gas with baking soda and making a spray solution of white vinegar and water. I needed a professional. I spoke to Doug and he was reassuring. I had two cars detailed. Douglas did am amazing job on both. My wife's XT4 looked like the day we drove it off the lot, but my Trailblazer was the real star. I wish I would have taken some before pictures, but let me give you an idea. My 2024 Trailblazer has over 80k miles. I'm a musician who is constantly throwing gear in the back after it's been drug through dirt, mud, sand, you name it. This is a workhorse car and while it's been maintained, it's not been babied. Douglas made it look better than I can remember. I was floored at how good he did. I will be bringing our cars back and have already recommended Fresh Details to anyone who will listen.
