The 'wash soap' option on the dial is supposed to provide soap with the pressured water, but it often times doesn't. The 'Spotless Rinse' uses hard water. I go there cause the self-wash machine takes credit cards and it's not as busy as other places in town.

Had oil change yesterday in my 2018 Jeep Cherokee and later noticed a steady drip of washer fluid from my car that was not there before service. Took it back and was told the washer fluid reservoir tank was cracked but that they didn't damage it. Now I have to take it to a Jeep dealership to replace. Very disappointed that they did not take ownership of the damage they did to my vehicle.

I would give it NO STARS if The machine did not have sufficient soap for the sprayers and the small amount of soaps that was despenceing out of the wash sprayer and the scrub brushes was pathetic. I spend good money for a decent wash and I left with dirt still on my vehicle. I ended up having to do a pail wash at home. Next time I will save my money and do a better job at home!

used the express auto wash, out $10 in for $6 wash... machine didn’t dispense change. Went inside to let the clerk know, he didn’t apologize or offer to fix the issue. Just said oh he’s not here today, come back Monday. My husband went inside to get a receipt or a card to contact a manager in Monday and the clerk refused either. Said there was no manager and there was no receipt or card. Unbelievable, the utter lack of consideration is appalling. We simply wanted our change. We don’t appreciate being ripped off.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THE CARWASH. I use the self serve carwash weekly to bi-weekly, I spend anywhere between 20.00 and 40.00 per car wash for 2 vehicles. The degreaser, wax, and spot free rinse are non-existent. The owners were servicing the carwash at one visit and when I complained she tried to convince me they had the items pinched back to conserve materials. This place is a waste of time, a garden hose is just as efficient and I'm sure much cheaper.

Terrible place!! Went to get my inspection done, they passed my vehicle and then told me I owed them 47 dollars? The guy told me that I can pay the 7 on my debit card but the 40 had to be cash, I asked why he said my window tint was to dark? I’ve had this Tahoe inspected several times in the past and no one ever said anything about the tint. Ended up taking it to another place across town, In and out no problems got my inspection done. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I went there and asked if they used the ARI program which is is for fleet vehicles. They tell me yes and In the middle of the oil change and I’m assuming the it was the owner that approached me and he said that they don’t take it . I say fine I’ll just pay out of pocket instead . I told him your own worker told me y’all take ARI . Come to find out they drained my oil and left it really low. I’m not sure they even put oil in it . I recommend that you avoid this place at all cost . The only thing good about this place is there self serve car wash .

The people were very friendly. They got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Overall, a very good experience. It cost more than I expected though, over $100 for synthetic oil change and air filter. Maybe all costs have gone up but I was surprised. There were no charges or rates posted anywhere. It was very neat and clean.

Love this place. Easy and fast. Know what I need and get it done at a fast pace. They take care of your car really good. And if they notice something wrong they will inform and tell you what your options are. They do a lot just when you get an oil change. They check your tire pressure fill your windshield wiper fluid check your brake fluid and other stuff. So highly recommend.

Great car wash baser relatively clean machines work well and is a well cap business. Most of the time cleaning is good from this location their fees are fair and I would recommend to that anyone needing a good car wash willing to put a little work in on their own or maybe using the automatic system you will get your money's worth. It ranges recently which is strange for Midland but if you're looking for a good place to wash your vehicle this is it. I highly recommend this place. They accept both cash and credit card awesome location great job folks thank you.

I used the self wash side this weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the results. I actually went to another car wash and streaked my truck up so bad that I had to come to this one to fix it. I see complaints of the soap and chemicals in the reviews here but I found all the available chemicals were very generous and highly effective. Not sure what to think about some of the reviews I see here but I will tell you that this wash took my 19 Ram nearly back to year one

Well,let's start by saying the wash was almost a complete waste of time and money. Yes it did remove the dust. But the water pressure is so low that it's almost unusable. Truck was just washed a week ago at a Kent Kwik and was absolutely filthy and came out nice and clean. That's just to say it wasn't like horribly dirty, just dirty and did not even come clean.The wind thru the stalls is terrible. It dries the soap on as soon as you spray it on and then is almost impossible to spray off. Well the dust is off and off I go. Use at your own detriment so to speak. Have a nice day everyone

I can only review their car wash side. They may have an outstanding oil change business. But these wash stalls are pretty bad. Pressure is poor and they are so dirty I feel like I need to go get a shot of antibiotics now. Edit/update- went in today still super dirty

I've had 3 experiences here, and 3 strikes your out! 1st time, I ran my card just to have it charge me and not operate correctly. I was reimbursed. But, the second time I ran my card and was charged almost $30 for a 15 minute wash time! The 3rd time I paid $10 cash for 6 minutes of wash time, and when I tried to use my card again, it declined. And, yes I had the money! For this kind of headache, I'll pay a detailer the same pay and not have to do the work. Horrible business model!!

Save your Money. go elsewhere. Closest self serve to me. So have tried it 3-4 times in the last 5 weeks. NOT ONCE has there been soap. Not even warm water. Just cold water, and muddy bays. So your car actually gets dirtier going there.
