We were in the area for the weekend and I reached out to Franco last minute, hoping he had time to detail my husband's car. He responded promptly and kept in touch, so I knew when to expect him since he was fitting us in at the last minute. He even agreed to do the service in the parking lot at the fields since my child had a game. Franco raced the rain to get the job done and apologized he couldn't take as much time as he normally would to detail the car. He works very hard and cares about the quality of work he does and the quality of service his customers receive. We wish he lived on our side of Orlando, so we could use him regularly.
