Hands down my favorite car wash in Orlando!! The owner, not sure what his name is, but he is an amazing business owner. I can tell he takes pride in making sure his costumer’s get the very best service. Also, everything is in mint condition, all the tools you need are there to clean your car.

If you’re looking for paint chips and terrible customer service, this is the place to go. On my second visit, my car came out with paint chips down to the metal along one entire side. I called to report the damage and was met with an AI system promising a call back. A week later—nothing. I called again, and two days later, I finally got a call from Jonathan. He was short and rude on the phone, and even worse in person. He pulled a piece of foam from his pocket and insisted there was no way it could have caused the damage. I suggested maybe a rock or debris got stuck in the brush—he had no response. I wasn’t asking for a repair, just a refund. Instead, he flat-out refused and canceled my membership before I even arrived. Thanks for the damage. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

I have been with my membership for two or three months, passing the car almost every day. Two weeks ago, the machine tore off my windshield wipers, I put new ones on them and TODAY it does the same thing again, they have a staff that doesn't know what to do in this type of situation. and the only thing they say is that it is my fault that I cancel the membership if the service they provide does not work for me and they are not responsible for any damage. don't go to this place

Nice car wash. They're so organized, and things move so smoothly from the beginning of the procedure to the end. They have a ladybug cleaning station, very much a necessity for Florida. And they provide everything needed to clean your var after going through the wash. You just have to bring yourself, and your car, of course!

I have to say, I didn't find anything I would change or add when washing my truck at Floris. They include everything, towels, windex, sevetal floormat stations (both rubber and cloth), free air if you need it. probably more, but I'll find out next time.

pretty nice car wash but in the morning, they dont allow you to use the stations with shades, instead making use the ones in the opposite direction, which is in direct sunlight and hot as hell. I couldnt even clean my car without getting burned or sweat as a pig.

Came here to wash my mother‘s car and had a very great experience. Will be bringing my car back after canceling my misters membership and getting the membership here Niko was great and definitely the one who sold me on that membership all in all 5 stars for Niko, will definitely be recommending this car wash to other family members!!

Update: Got a response from the owner to call them. I've called a couple times and left a voicemail over the past couple weeks. Zero responses. These guys do not respond. Signed up for a monthly plan and just cancelled it. Not worth the money for the hassle. My vehicle has roof racks which most car washes automatically disable the top brushes because of this. Not a big deal, as I'm used to asking to keep them on. When I signed up for the monthly plan I asked if they would do the top brushes. I was told yes, but they automatically disable them so I would need to ask every time I come in. First time was no problem. Second time, I asked and they didn't do it. I assumed they misheard me and figured I'm come back another day. Third time, I directly ask the attendant, they told me "No problem" and I went through. The top brushes didn't turn on, so I went back around to go again and let them know. They then told me they don't do that, which I explained what the guy told me when I signed up. They then told me "No" and they won't be turning it on and if I have a problem with it I can talk to their manager, but they were out all week. I called their phone number which sticks you with some AI chat bot. I requested customer service support and it recorded a ticket for me a week ago. No one has contacted me. Cancelled my membership and I'll go elsewhere.

I got the cheapest option for $10 and it was a cute experience. Didn’t leave any scratches and got rid of all the pollen stains I had. Has rainbow lights inside in case you get bummed without the rainbow soap. Free pre clean to get rid of any hard bugs or spots, free vacuums, mat wash, microfiber towels after. The lady who helped me pick which wash to get was nice and they gave me a cute little air freshener that smells AMAZING.

Honestly this is my favorite drive through carwash in town. All my cars come out clean with the and that's with the lowest value wash. Vacuums are strong, cleaning rags with spray bottles are found at each station. If only they had a membership for someone with a few cars but that doesn't stop me from going here.

Just left the car wash and this was my first visit. The gate attendant gave me a welcome and asked if I will use cash or card and or single wash. No pressure to join a membership. That is a big deal for me. I am tired of going to car washes and being asked to join one and when I say no, I literally get asked why. If its my first time, why would I buy a membership off the bat. I will give this place another shot before I decide on joining. It was a pretty good wash I must admit. Going in was a bit of a maze but nothing they or I can do about that. Keep up the good work.

I experienced MANY issues during the short time that I brought my car to Floris in terms of mechanical issues with front entrance gates. More importantly, I noticed much more hard water spots AFTER their car wash than other car washes. And lastly, they seem to be changing management with the latest manager quite abrupt and rude. You should NEVER hear a manager say "...I am glad that you are leaving!!!...", that most certainly led me to seek better car wash facilities with kinder staff. I disagree with the reply (below), I stand by my comments (above) regarding the quality of the wash itself. Also, the manager was quite disrespectful from the very beginning, but I won't get into a back and forth. Those that choose to go to this car wash will see for themselves the items I mentioned. The readers can make their own decision.

It was my first time here to get a car wash. I like the fact that it is clean, organized, and functional of course, it's brand new, that's why. The vacuum has very strong suction to clean out my car since I have kids and need to clean the floor. It has drying rags to wipe the access water off my car after the wash. Since the majority of car washes don't have them. Also, foremost, it cleans the back of my car, too. Most don't clean the back. Overall, my experience here was very nice, and I am glad this location is very close to my residence. 👌

The best car wash hands down! From the free vacuums and wash station for the floor mats Flori's car wash has to be the best one I have ever tried. Everything was clean. The trash cans weren't overflowing like at the other car washes I have been. My car is super clean and shiny. Will definitely be going back!!

Just like any other carwash. It did seem kind of short but it did the job. There are free vacuums and Windex/rags but no other cleaners at the vacuums. They do have a wash station for the floor mats which was helpful. The suction on the vacuums was strong so it helped to get sand from my carpets easy. No pressure to get a membership like other locations. Just paid and went in. It was a simple experience which is all I needed.
