Holy flipping mackerel! I was shocked to see my car looking new after Keith gave it a meticulous spa treatment. The door jambs, the engine, the wheels, the trunk, the small scratches on the outside, every little nook and cranny. Unbelievable!! And Keith was super nice, great communication. Highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible, the service, the flexibility, the attention to detail, the obvious care and professionalism. It doesn't get better than this. Our 2017 Toyota Highlander was literally a warzone, we run a children's art studio and between events, our kids, our dogs, paint splattered everywhere, we had a 50lb bag of corn that ripped open for a sensory bin and it had infiltrated every crevasse in that darn car. I cannot recommend this guy enough, really exceeded expectations, it was a super last-minute booking, we had a trip coming up and he was able to come out next day, 7am start in the cold dark and really just blew it out of the water. Will absolutely be using them again!!!

I was very pleased with the outcome of the mid-grade package that Keith offers. There was great communication from the start, and having to reschedule due to Mother Nature was no problem at all. Wow! What a great service provided by a great person. Keith detailed the interior of my 2020 Audi Q5 and it looks like it just came off the lot. I have a 1 year old and a very shaggy golden retriever, so this was no easy task. He is extremely professional, showed up early, and did an outstanding job. On top of it, he is a very nice person. Keith, the owner-operator of First In Line Mobile Detailing, is excellent. His responses to my initial texts and telephone calls were timely, informative, reasonable and always respectful. He accommodated my request for an appointment on short notice (even offering to work on a major holiday) and honored my requests to stay aware from silicone, avoid artificial fragrances and minimize exposure to PFAS/PFOS. Keith taught me what I needed to know to make an informed decision when selecting a detailing package. He made sure that my expectations were realistic regarding the anticipated outcome for my 17-year-old car. Despite the added convenience to me of his house call, Keith’s rates were competitive with those from two local brick and mortar companies dedicated to automobile detailing. Keith arrived early, did not ask to enter my home (even though I offered access), and stayed late to produce results that were up to his standards of excellence and better than I expected. I liked his service and him so much that I hired him to detail my other car two days later! I recommend Keith and First In Line Mobile Detailing whole-heartedly and without reservation.

I have been getting mobile details in several cities over the years and this was the best detail I ever had. Keith was professional, responsive to my questions and concerns. He was prompt and easy to communicate with via text. He had everything he needed and I loved being able to go back in my house and forget he was here. After he was done I inspected the job. My car interior, which is what he did, was better than brand new. Every nook and cranny, every surface was spotless. My wife was pressuring me to wash the car as it was beyond filthy both inside and outside, and I hadn't had it washed for months. I found FILMD on Yelp, called and talked to Keith on Saturday, and made an appointment for detailing on Monday. Keith was early, communicative over text, and proceeded to work non-stop for about 4 hours. Keith is honest, professional, diligent, super detailed, and it's obvious that he takes tremendous pride in his work. My wife and I are super happy with the outcome, as the car came out shiny and looking brand new. The interior is the cleanest since the day it rolled off the production line.
