Great services from start to finish! We had 3 vehicles needing detailed and when I called they were able to fit them in the next week. I certainly wasn't expecting that because we were going into the holiday. Did 2 cars Monday and the 3rd Wednesday. All 3 vehicles we cleaned, shiny, & looking god as new. Ignore the obvious fake negative reviews. Highly satisfied with total overall service and experience. Communication was great. I texted them and very soon after got a reply with a quote and availability. Dustin and Scott came out and did a stellar job. My wife’s car had an odor that was only getting worse and we are so glad that not only is the smell gone, but the car looks better than it did when I purchased it. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing QUALITY detail work done. I know I’ll be having them back for my other vehicles.

This is the first time I've ever had any of my cars detailed and it was a great experience. I will definitely have Fine Detail take care of my cars again. I wanted to surprise my husband when he came home from Afghanistan by getting his car detailed, but I have two small children and those kinds of errands are never easy. Fine Detail came to my house and made my husband's car look like my children and our dog hadn't been in it once in the last six months. They spent an entire hour vacuuming up dog hair, and even got some small scratches out of the rims. They were professional and did a fantastic job. I'm so glad I called them.

Talk about phenomenal work!! They have military discounts show up and got it extremely clean. They practically made my vehicle look like I didn’t have an 8 year old in the car!! 😂 shampooed the carpet, conditioned the leather and hand waxed the outside!! I mean, the works!! I reached out to this company on August 21. They were very quick with a response stating that they would be able to do my vehicle the next day between 1 and 2. They texted me as promised when they were on their way. They arrived at 1. I showed them my sons vehicle, a 2010 Ford Escape. It needed a deep cleaning. Yes, the car had many stains and dirty. Janie and I think the young mans name was Ty? Got to work. An hour later Janie knocked on my door saying they were done. She wanted me to look over the car. I was surprised how fast they were done, as many reviews I read state they take two hours plus. And my sons car needed attention. When I examined what they felt was a completed detail job, I found many deficiencies and many excuses. I am dissatisfied with the work they performed. They missed vacuuming parts of the carpet. Please note this detail company does not have a crevice tool for its vacuum. So any crevices will be wiped clean. For the amount you pay and the quality receive it is not with the money. When showed the areas they missed they tried to correct some and made excuses for others. When I shared how disappointed I was, the young man told me that the websites says, your car will look better. I wanted the car to be professionally detailed, not solely to look better. My perception was that they were rushing to Spring Lake- as they shared with me that’s where they were headed when they were complete. A picture is worth a thousand words. Please see the pictures I shared. And please read the other reviews that share similar concerns. The positives are, they do communicate in a timely manner and they were polite.

I messaged him to make an appointment, he scheduled for the very next day. The morning of he contacted me asking if I wanted them to come 2 hours early, that didn't work but an hour did, they were happy to do that. The guys had a great attitude and happy to be doing the work. My wife's Van looks almost as good as it did the day we bought it at the dealer(minus some custom touches by her). The price was very reasonable for the work involved.

These guys are the real deal. We got the "full detail" and are completely satisfied. First time getting my wife's car detailed and the car is spotless in and out. I usually don’t write reviews. But I feel the need to share this terrible experience. First and foremost the customer service is horrendous. You can sense the owners arrogance through a text message. After the detail was complete my wife walked around the vehicle. She expressed a few areas of concern that needed some more work. He attempted to touch the spots up but was unsuccessful. We are all about supporting small businesses but this is by far the WORST customer service we have ever received. When asked to resolve the issue he gave 2 options, 1. comeback and wipe down the areas that needed a touch (too many to count and should have been done correctly the first time) and 2. wipe it down "really good" IF we schedule a maintenance cleaning in the future. I didn't ask for a full refund just some sort of monetary compensation for an unsatisfactory $280 "detail". He then went on to post mediocre before and after pictures on his social media and bash his customer. UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID BY ALL MEANS.

SO THE OWNER RESPONDED TO THIS REVIEW BELOW SO I POSTED PICTURES OF THE MESSAGES. AS YOU CAN SEE, THE PHONE NUMBER FROM THEIR PAGE IS THE SAME NUMBER I TEXTED AND BOOK THE APPOINTMENT WITH. I just want to make everyone aware of what you get for $180 plus tip for their mini detail package. Their detail package entails a lot but I'm showing you what your getting. I reached out to the owner who refuses to reply when I sent him a polite message with pictures after my detailing. He was very prompt when booking my appointment but now won't respond to my message to just discuss my concerns. I then messaged the gentleman who was sent out to do my detailing, again no response. Talk about low class service. So yes I am leaving a negative review and suggesting everyone go somewhere else.
