The combination of Elisio and the products that he uses (Dink's Wax products) are a winning combination. Elisio came to our home to wax 2 cars, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Unprofessional customer service From the start, the few times I spoke with him on the phone to schedule the appointment, he was short and dismissive. I chose to overlook it and stayed polite and respectful, even though it was enough to mention to a friend before the actual appointment. Come the appointment today, the instructions he texted said to “park on the right side of the street at the top”. When I called to politely ask if I was in the right spot, I was immediately cut off and told I hadn’t followed the directions. I asked if I should keep going up the street, and again was cut off, with a threat to cancel my Groupon because I did not follow directions. I was parked on the right side, but the street kept going and I wasn’t sure how far up I was supposed to go. I’d never been in that neighborhood before, so I expected a little help or clarification. Not to be spoken to like that. At that point, I told him it felt like he didn’t want to do the appointment from the start and to cancel it. I no longer felt comfortable using the service after that interaction. Really disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Given all the positive reviews, I was genuinely shocked by how I was treated.

Damaged my car! GPS/Back up camera; entire JBL screen went BLACK! He tried to fix it after Googling it, ordered a replacement part he thought would work, but refused to install it then GHOSTED me! I can’t sell my Prius in this condition! Cleaning itself was only fair. Definitely not “like new” as promised! Tape residue, & many spots not cleaned inside. In front of his hone, no special equipment, shampooer or any derailing equipment available or used.

I bought the service via Groupon. When I called to make an appointment, Elisio was professional and promptly made the appointment. I even called back a few days before my appointment to ask to drop my car off an hour before my appointment time, and once Elisio was professional and allowed me to drop off early. Elisio was there to great me My car was ready approx 2.5hrs after my scheduled time. When I picked up my car looked brand new inside and out like the day I bought it. Even was able to get my dogs' hair out of the carpet. Overall this was an excellent service and I have already recommended Elisio's service to my friends and family, and will definitely be using his service again, with or without a Groupon.

Elisio did a fantastic job on our RAV4. But the real proof of a business is customer service. There was one very small item he missed that took me about 90 seconds to take care of myself. When I told him how happy we were and just mentioned it for future reference, you simply can’t believe the response I got. He was so apologetic and wanted to drive to our house to take care of it and return the tip we gave him, which we refused, of course. Unheard of dedication to quality service… This is a person you can trust to go above and beyond for his clients. Highly recommended.

My car hasn’t looked this clean since I drove it off the dealership lot!
