They won't honor their own gift card for a 1 month membership. Or take cash. Or accept a Visa Prepaid card. If you're not willing to give them access to your bank account no membership for you. I'm going to eat the $25 gift card and check out that new spot on county line and tell this story every time I drive past, my kids are gonna hate this place too.

The attendants are very nice and helpful. This is a good place if your car does not have roof racks, bug sheilds or ladders. They automated cleaning wheels will not get close to your vehicles to fully clean them. The vacuum system is great and convenient!

I took my truck there, today- first time. The wash I selected was $14.00- and this includes a second wash half price! The automated service was great. It did an excellent job. One suggestion- fold in your side mirrors, prior to entering the bay. The vacuums are very powerful, and easily managed anything that needed to be removed. A thumbs up for this place!

This place is fantastic! Customer service exceeded my expectations, the Deluxe wash did not disappoint, even my wheels were shiny after! I didn’t even need the towels that I brought to dry the car, it was waxed and dried when I drove out of the tunnel. The vacuum is crazy good! Def a good deal!

Not impressed. I use this chain of car washes frequently, and the Yucaipa location left my vehicle the dirtiest. Some of the spinning brushes were not working and it looked like the entire back of my vehicle was missed. Also there was more soap left behind than I normally find, as if the rinse was inadequate. Disappointing.

Came on May 30, 2025 at 11:17 and the girl who was at the pay kiosk was unbelievably rude. We get a silver and usually we always get a freshener and when we asked which ones do they have she interrupted and said you dont get that and we asked since when did they stop and she said since forever so if that's it can you go already. I luckily was having a great day so I didn't let her attitude alter mine. She was unprofessional rude and acting like a you know what for no apparent reason. The wash itself left some dirt and for which I usually buy the microfiber towel but I didn't want to interact with her anymore. Duckduckgo gives them for free witha wash and they're pre moistened

Would like for them to improve on there car soap dispensers machine. It looks "waterdown" soap and car solutions liquid they spray. Compare to other car wash stations you can notice the difference.

I signed up for fast five but I swear every time I go through there's less and less soap being used and I'm sending my car through this like meat grinder with no lubrication. find another place there are plenty of better places out there.

The vaccines are crazy powerful, friendly staff and free car wash for their opening that’s awesome. Would be 5 stars if the wash would be better engineered for the rear of the vehicle as you can see it left streaks it didn’t cover the back that well. Every where else was nice.

I had pulled up to the cashier. She does not step out. She expects me to yell what I want instead of providing the customer service that most other car washes place offer and I use my card with her and she told me the other Lane uses the card that was very unprofessional. You could think Joice for loss of my business.

Didn’t have the best experience a few times now, I usually get the top wash $16.99. The dryer roll is hit and miss, this time the scrub roller did not drop down, leaving the top of my car and windshield dirty. I had to take my car down to Arco as I never have issues there. It's not fun paying for two car washes.

I keep membership since 2023 . Everything ok. But 1thing. Last step of car wash top part of brush doesn't work. In front my car top brush worked. But my car turn didn't work. For 3years car wash with platinum membership last step top brush working 2times only. Wonder mechanic problem? Or?????

$10 basic car wash was great. I don't even think you need to spend the money for premium washes. Bring your own towels otherwise you have to purchase little tiny microfiber ones.

This is the best car wash I've been to. My car always comes out clean and dry. My car has a sporty frame. Other car wash centers have left my car soapy or wet all over, even after the air dry. This car wash has always given me consistent results. I also like the various options for car wash family memberships. The employees and managers are courteous, friendly, and helpful. (Murrieta, Ca location)
