Don't waste your money on the more expensive washes. Stick to the $8 service. This place is no better than a simple Gas station wash. The rear of the car and the wheels are still dirty after their "platinum" service.

I think there is something that happens with others who have an exclusive line for those who are members. because those of us who are members are faced with a very long wait where the right thing to do would be to have priority because we are members. You need to put a line that only those who are card members can enter and those who are not members must use another line. I like the service, but this place needs to improve on the issue of member lines. July 28 Sunday still same situation members stand in line waiting for non-members to pay with credit cards, even though there is a sign saying this line is for members only

Overall, this car wash is pretty good and I really like it here. The only downside is that there are often many cars, so you have to wait a little. But the vacuums are excellent — they’re slim and convenient, not bulky like at other car washes. However, there’s one thing I really miss: at another car wash I went to, they always had wet wipes available. You could grab a clean one, wipe down a few spots after the wash, and then put it back into the basket for used ones. They would wash them and bring them back for reuse. It was very convenient. Unfortunately, this service isn’t offered here, and I think that’s a big drawback. Other than that, I really like this car wash — everything is convenient and high-quality!

This is your basic automatic car wash place with the wash completed in about 2 minutes. Most people are saying stick with the lowest tier wash since there is no noticeable improvement when adding on extras. One thing I notice is that there is only one person at the start of the wash prepping the wash with power soap sprays and long soft brushes that I see in other similar washes. There are free vacuum stalls next for the wash lane for self cleaning the interior.

First time at this location. Management, workers are great. Huge car wash with plenty spaces for vacuuming. Something I did notice during the car-wash tunnel, is one of the mechanisms was hitting so hard the windshield .

I've been a member of this car wash for almost two years and have had memberships on multiple vehicles. During that time, some of the cars were not washed for months, which should balance out overall usage. Recently, without any prior notification, they decided to limit my membership to only four washes per month. Jwas never informed about this change in advance. When I came in and paid for my monthly membership as usual, I was suddenly restricted and then asked to pay extra for additional washes. 1 find this approach unfair and disappointing., especially for a long-term loyal customer. Changes like this should be clearly communicated ahead of time, not enforced after payment. This experience has definitely changed my perception of their customer service.

At this car wash, they damaged my side mirror — it got detached and scratched. When I asked an employee for help, he rudely refused and showed complete indifference. I requested to speak with the manager, but he also refused to get involved in resolving the issue. This is the first time I’ve encountered such rude and disrespectful treatment in Tustin. I am currently preparing a lawsuit to seek compensation for the damages caused. I strongly do not recommend this place.
