I showed up at 7:59 PM, ONE minute before closing. You’d think that would be enough, right? Nope. Frankie, the miserable, bitter, power-tripping employee on duty, had already decided he was done for the day and couldn’t be bothered to do the literal job he’s paid for. He waved me off like I was trash at his doorstep. Not a word. Not a “sorry.” Just a smug, lazy shrug and a face full of attitude. Frankie clearly hates his job, hates the customers, and probably hates himself. His energy is toxic, his demeanor is hostile, and he treats people like they’re a nuisance for daring to expect service during posted business hours. The time he spent telling me he can’t move the cones, I would have already been through the tunnel. If the owner is reading this: Frankie is ruining your business. He’s the reason people will stop coming here. Fire him and thank yourself later.

Quick, clean, friendly service. Equipment is top notch. Car comes out so shiny! Also, unlimited vacuuming, and the vacuum has very strong vacuum power, even sucks up pet hair stuck in carpet fibers. Highly recommend!

I want to share my disappointing experience at this car wash location. We paid for a $20 Bronze Wash plan that was supposed to let us wash our car regularly, whenever we wanted. But each time we've come to this location, they've turned us away or sent us to a different branch—like the Fullerton location, claiming that our payment is somehow under someone else’s account. Despite showing them our receipt, ID, and even our credit card details, they still refused to provide the service we paid for. The receipt isn’t expired, and yet we had to deal with so much hassle and inconvenience just to use what we’ve already paid for. I definitely can’t recommend this place to anyone and won’t be renewing any membership here again. If you’re looking for reliable service, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

This is NOT A REVIEW OF THE WASH, ONLY OF STAFF...I know EXACTLY what these employees are put through, on a daily basis. And i have to say....I APPRECIATE YOU. life is hard and unfair often times, and people will NOT always do right by you. Show them the "express way" and may the 5 be with you all.

We paid for a one-month membership, but even after canceling, they continue to charge my credit card. The staff is unhelpful and unprofessional. One employee repeatedly tells us he “just started the job a week ago,” even after several weeks have passed. Customer service is rude, and no one takes responsibility. This place feels like a complete rip-off.

This car wash has thin vacuum nozzles that fits between the chairs and doors. I paid $11 and it washed my tires good and dried the car and washed the windows pretty good too. The restrooms are clean. Definitely recommend this car wash 100%.

This is the worse car wash I’ve ever received from this spot! I have dirt and other stuff all over my car. Let the guy know that my car was still dirty and he let me go in again but my car still came out dirty. Normally this spot does a great job but not today

The worker who was there , tall gentleman was extremely rude. He told us to move the wheel to the right when we were coming through but since we did not do it far enough he threw his hands in the air and gave us the " what the hell" gesture and then sprayed our car but was aggressive about it and then should at us until we went through. Absolutely unnecessary.

After a beach day we needed a place with good vacuums to clean up our car. The staff here was super accommodating to us just wanting to vacuum without a wash. They were very helpful and friendly! We aren't from the area but would for sure go back on another trip

I got the $8 bronze wash, but unfortunately it didn’t do the best job. There were still flecks of bird droppings left on the hood, trunk, passenger window, and right back door afterward. Also, either the big dryer machine or the spinning machine with rags used to clean the car pushed my outside driver side mirror back—this has happened before here. Thankfully, it didn’t break, but it’s always a concern. For the price, I expected a more thorough clean and a bit more care with the vehicle.

Horrible car wash experience for an SUV. The rear of my vehicle wasn’t washed at all. Still clearly dirty when I exited. Paid around $20 and felt like a complete waste of money. If you have an SUV, don’t expect proper coverage, especially on the back. Very disappointed.

I brought my car in looking dusty and left with it shining like new. The staff was friendly and worked quickly, but they still did a really thorough job. The prices are fair, and they pay attention to the little details like the rims and interior wipe-down. Definitely one of the better car washes in the area—I’ll be coming back for sure!
