Took my brand new truck through 5/15/2021, I have only owned this brand new 2021 truck for about a week, and I have hand washed it once, but I chanced it and had it washed here and I came out with a small scratch and small dent and some chips I will never trust this car wash with it again if you drive a brand new vehicle or take pride in your vehicle and don’t want scratches and dents avoid this place, I edited this and it’s posting as brand new in 2023..

Usually good But on more than one occasion go through the wash and come out with the back of the car dirty and the person at the end drying mirrors and walking around the car doesn’t say anything about it…

Fast Eddie's car wash and oil change is a really good place to take your car, for an oil change or a quick car wash!! Free vacumns too use! That's a good deal 👌 they are reasonably priced too! It's also close to home, that helps too.

Got an oil change mobil 1 most expensive they have. Only oil i have ever ran in my car. They charge $100 for the oil change which would be fine except my car takes 4.4 quarts of oil they announce to the employees 4 quarts. So im starting a brand new oil change down almost a 1/2 quart down. They dont reset the oil change light, cant print a sticker for factory recommended intervals. I mean come on. The new slogan should be Fast Eddie's we struggle with the basics. Called up there and was given excuses no willingness to do it right.

I’m here because I come weekly to air my tires. By this statement 3-4 workers may already know who I am . Once I tried to air my own tire , held the do it yourself pump for 2 minutes and my tire went to 70 . Idk why it went to 70 because usually I air it for 2 minutes and I’m back to about 37.. however, Travis is friendly every single time, the guy with pretty blue eyes , he’s buddies with Travis but I never asked his name but he no I need air before I even say it .. and then there is another guy .. he’s not fat but he has a belly lol.. he may be bold .. but these 3 guys are very helpful and very nice every single time I come in. Never been rude, always smiling and my kids asked “when y’all become friends” our last visit based on how friendly they was to me. I shouldn’t have to come so often and one day when I get some money I’ll get new tires that don’t leak but for now I really enjoy my ten minute visit ( 7 minutes of me trying to drive in because I hate driving in and I’m nervous everytime) . I wish I knew the other two names but I only no Travis name because he stopped at my job once ! Give these 3 guys a raise !! Anyone else there did their job and sent me on , no complaints but these 3 are awesome. We’re cousins now. Thanks for always airing my tire and letting it out when I filled it to 70 ! Employees are very disrespectful. The company itself is sketchy and if you value your vehicle whatsoever- avoid Fast Eddie’s car wash at all costs.IF you do continue to give them your hard earned money, check your vehicle before and after to make sure there aren’t any scratches. Since they “aren’t responsible” for literally anything. 0/5 stars.

I went to the car wash miller rd flint on 11/21/25. I had bird pooo on drivers door window before. They sprayed the side down. When i came out bird poo was still on the trim. White spots on hood. They seam to do half the care they did say a month ago. The drying process is not as good either. On 11/22 i went back. A quick spray/rinse down, a fast once over soapy mop on windshield. The blow dryers don't seem to be angled right. The hand dryers made a mess of my windshield white spots on car again. Guess what else was still on the drivers door trim. I pay 22$ a month and between the pre wash, the wash and the dry. Two days back to back fails. I took bird poo pic. Will try to get smeared marks on windshield

*****Warning if you value your car***** ** if you have anything happen to your vehicle what-so-ever, while in this car wash, they will laugh at you, deny you, and you will have to pay for the damage yourself. I went to Fast Eddies on 12/7 for a car wash, and after i got the car wash, went across the street to dry it better, and came across a long deep scratch that was not there prior, on my door, that goes all the way down to the metal. I immediately went straight back to the car wash, where i obtained an incident report, and WAS LAUGHED AT the entire time i went back there by the employee. He was actually laughing telling me that this will just get denied by the manager and that there is no way this could happen. He also told me that it is pointless to even fill out the incident report. First of all, if there is no way this could happen, why do you need a NOT RESPONSIBLE sign that you claim makes you not responsible for scratches, if you are so sure your car wash does not cause these things to happen?? This sign that you have posted at your entrance, sure has a lot of things you are not responsible for!! After i filled out the incident report, it says at the bottom that someone will contact you within 48 hours. I had to call myself on 12/10, which was 72 hours later, and was told that someone would call me the week after. After still not hearing anything, i gave them a call ONCE AGAIN on 12/22, and was finally able to talk to the car wash manager, which only told me that they need proof the scratch was not there before. I asked them to see the camera footage, and she told me that only corporate could get this for me, and to call them. I then reached out to corporate, again, and they told me the same thing that i would need proof. So here is where it gets SKETCHY. I ask corporate to allow me to see the video footage if they are so sure that the scratch wasn't caused by them, and she straight up told me not happening, and that i would need a COURT ORDER to be able to see this footage. This business has very sketchy ways of treating their customers, and after many years of going here, i am shocked that i am being treated like a liar, even though they cannot simply show me proof that the scratch was there prior to me getting a car wash by them. I just want to simply see the footage!! Prove to me that this was not done by you! The way you treat your customers is disgusting!! i am really not asking for a lot here.
