Normally I would give them 5 stars but today I paid $16 for the "Works" car wash and the service was poor, not sure if it was because they were busy but I never received the tire shine that is advertised and they didnt pre-scrub my truck as they normally do. You would think for the Higher priced wash you would receive the service you expect. Also, they need to change their towels more often, they wiped down my truck with soaking wet towels. I was going to purchase the monthly works, but after today's service I'm thinking twice about that.

I've been going here for over a year. These guys are always great. Never had a problem and I never feel like they are recommending things I don't need. Actually, last time I went there, my car was having issues. Apparently the timing chain was starting to go. They told me to bring it to a garage and not waste my money on an oil change yet since it'd need to be done for the timing chain anyways. Recommend 100%

I just read the review before mine about this lady losing her mirror and it was not covered by this company . It just so happens to be the same time frame when my mirror was Torn off by faulty equipment at the car wash and they did replace my mirror and they paid for it in full. I think whoever this lady who posted before me Experienced the same problem the same day because I know there were multiple mirrors or issues that day because I was told that by one of the workers. I will never go here again . The staff in the car wash area ( Justin ) was very rude and I no longer trust my vehicle to be cared for by this particular location . I think you need to reach out to the lady who posted about her mirror because it was the same time, my mirror was torn off. That’s not right that you would not fix the mirror when you did fix mine.

Line went quick, but as a customer who doesn't use their service often, I didn't know my wash options per price point. When I asked the cost and differences, the worker couldn't articulate the different options for me to make an informed decision. It would be nice if he had a "menu" of sorts for just such car wash newbies. We weren't given a wipe for the interior either, which was disappointing. The wash I got did a fine job, and the free vacuum had good suction.

I recently visited the Fast Eddie’s Oil Change location in Clio for an oil change. As part of the service, I received a free car wash and decided to use it right after. Unfortunately, during the car wash, my driver-side mirror was ripped off. I reported the incident immediately, and the manager on duty took down the details and assured me that someone would follow up. I did receive a response—but was told they would not cover the damage, claiming it was due to "normal wear and tear." I’ve been a loyal customer, bringing my vehicle in for multiple oil changes, each costing nearly $100. Given that, I would have expected better customer service and accountability. Replacing a $40 mirror seems like a reasonable goodwill gesture under the circumstances. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my perception of the business. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Are usually don’t complain about service but every time I’ve been through this car wash there’s four people washing my truck and when I get out of the wash, it’s filthy they do a horrible job. I will never come back here again. And then they expect a tip for fairy shotty work. I guess it don’t take much to be a car wash attendant days.

What an absolute joke. I pulled in on a Sunday evening and business was slow. One car infront of me and nobody behind. I had bugs on the windshield and the front of my truck. I asked the guy who took my service order if they could give a scrub to the windshield along with the front of the truck. He took my money, walked away and they never scrubbed the front-end of my truck. See the attached photos for what kind of a wash job they do. Unbelievable.

Antonio informed me that I was early for my oil change. He still checked everything and aired up my tires. He informed me of my dirty air filter and replaced it. He and the young man he was training were very polite and went above and beyond what one would expect nowadays. I will definitely be back.

Today I inquired about getting a wash and wasn't sure that my truck would fit in the tracks. The gentleman I had spoken with was very informative and assured me that it definitely would. I had also queried into getting a yearly wash package for "The Works" wash. Wow! I am thoroughly impressed at how clean and shiny my truck was after the first wash. I am also very pleased with the friendliness of all of the staff. I look forward to seeing you guys many times over the next year. Keep up the great work!!

Antonio and Steve are always very professional and go the extra mile. Great customer service. Steve had to modify my rear wiper to accommodate a new Rain-x wiper and he removed it completely & greased it as it wasn't keeping proper tension on the glass.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I went to get an oil change and they drained my oil then forgot to put oil back into my car leaving me to drive off without having any oil in my car! Soon after my check engine light came on and i started having engine issues. When I addressed the issue with Antonio(the fast eddies manager) he was extremely rude and confrontational and said it was my car and not their problem, when I asked for a higher up manager he told me no and refused to let me speak with someone higher up about the issue. I have never dealt with something like this ever until I came to this unprofessional establishment!

This place has always been a so so car wash now it just sucks my wife’s car wasn’t even very dirty they hardly scrubbed it down equipment should have been able to clean it but missed the front and part of side Time to check out the new wash in town
